Holiday rentals with a patio in Binnenstad

I loved it, very good service, attention, the space was quite spacious, the utensils needed in the kitchen, everything was very good, I highly recommend it

the apartment was great and in great condition, extremely nice neighborhood but it is an uber/bolt or train ride away, now if you choose the ride app option be aware you will be spending about 30-70 euros each way for the 30-40 minute drive. i think the neighborhood was lovely, everything does close early in town (around 6-7) but if you can get into the shops or restaurants the area is great and friendly.

Very spacious and clean apartment in a nice little village. Exceeded expectations

A very homely place with friendly hosts who were always responsive, flexible and helpful. The toilet is just outside the apartment in the communal hall, but it was for our sole use, and was not at all a problem, so don't let that put you off. The bedroom and ensuite shower in particular are very stylish and look to have been newly refurbished. A lot of thought has been put into providing everything you could possibly need, and making the place comfortable. We especially appreciated the mattress toppers for the sofa beds, and slept very well.

Cute and cozy spot with beautiful surroundings and accommodating hosts, conveniently close to the city without all the hustle & bustle. We especially loved renting a boat nearby at Bootverhuur Overleek and exploring the surrounding villages along picturesque canals. A lovely spot to stay.

I stayed for 2 nights in Vinkeveen and truly enjoyed my time there. The area is beautiful and very pleasant. The host was incredibly warm and helpful, and the check-in was absolutely smooth. I felt very comfortable and would love to come back. Highly recommended!

Nice and unique appartment with great hosts. Tailor-made for a stay with kids (a lot to explore and discover). Very well equiped kitchen (nothing was missing). Located in a quiet and cozy area in the suburb of Utrecht (train/bus connections around the corner). We really enjoyed our stay!

Good stay at Ulis, well located accommodation. We arrived earlier than the scheduled time and he arranged to move the check-in forward. Upon arrival, we also discovered small touches that are always a pleasure. We recommend it.

We had a wonderful girls' weekend at the accommodation! The house was exactly as described – very clean, lovingly furnished and well equipped. We especially liked the cozy living area, where we could sit together for a long time in the evening. The location was ideal – quiet but still easily accessible. We loved our stay at Mabel’s cottage while we visited the Netherlands to celebrate my bachelorette! The house has a good mix of seclusion and convenience: there aren’t many neighbors nearby, which offers a good amount of privacy. It is also conveniently located right across the street from the train station - which is two stops (~15 minutes) to Amsterdam Central Station. If you wish to visit a different city other than Amsterdam on your stay, Haarlem was ~20 minutes and is another very cute and quaint city. The home was decorated beautifully and was maintained very well. Nonetheless, Mabel made us all feel right at home and was quick to respond whenever we had a question. I would highly recommend staying here - thank you again Mabel for hosting us!!

Despite the weather, we had a great time and definitely had a great time! The beds were lovely, the shower was fine and everything we needed was present – even for music. The fridge and freezer worked perfectly and the atmosphere was really very pleasant. One small downside: in the small room we miss bedside lamps, which would make it a little more complete. And of course, it's unfortunate that the weather wasn't right, because with sun it is probably completely enjoyable there on the water. There is not much to do in the area, but for us that was not a problem – it certainly did not spoil our fun. In short: we have enjoyed it!* Kind regards, the Keezen girls

Had a super nice stay. Many things present in the house and a delicious bottle of wine on arrival. Breakfast to make yourself is also available. Really had a very relaxed stay without missing anything.

Birgit and her home are so wonderful! Birgit was so helpful showing us around the home and so gracious when our train was cancelled and we needed to stay another night. The home is clean and beautiful. We had plenty of space and loved having a quiet space after a day in a busy city. We hope to stay here again!

After a pleasant communication with Maartje, we were warmly welcomed by Ernest. The cottage is very lovingly and cozily furnished and has a nice little garden. If necessary, two bicycles are available. You feel right at home, everything you need is available. The location is within walking distance of the center of Muiden, where there are nice cafes and restaurants. From Amsterdam, you need 10 minutes by car to Weesp and then 18 minutes by train to the main station. Overall, we felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back at any time. Delightful place within walking distance of the center of cozy Amersfoort! Fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher tablets/spices/tea/juice press. Cozy and also ideal with a baby. Washing machine and laundry rack for a wash and the bar ideal height for dressing cushion. In Amersfoort, cafe Corazon is a real tip with a very extensive menu. Pleasant communication with the hosts, flexible with check-in and check-out, very nice! We highly recommend it.

Yafit and Jerry’s apartment was everything we wanted and more! Such a beautiful spot and well equipped. Me and my friend stayed for 3 nights and we thoroughly enjoyed chilling on the outdoor seating area after a long day of sight seeing in Amsterdam. On our first day we explored Zaandam on foot and on the bikes provided at the apartment. We visited nearby Zaanse Schans which was great! The other two days we spent sightseeing in Amsterdam which was easy to reach on the train. We loved our trip and we would happily stay here again!

I can honestly say that this was the BEST Airbnb I've ever stayed in! Perfect apartment: super clean, everything worked, plenty of amenities, comfortable bed, huge shower, cute balcony, just fab. Also a lovely area, very peaceful despite so many apartments around. Really helpful, responsive and friendly hosts - honestly, eveything about the stay was excellent. We had an outstanding experience staying in Sem and Louise's home. They were everything you could hope for in a host and more—friendly, proactive, and helpful. Their flat is lovely. It is stylish, well-appointed, and exceptionally comfortable. The kitchen is well-stocked and easy to navigate. The living room is spacious and a delightful place to read or watch TV. Though we didn't use it, it's really nice to have a full-sized dining table. The bedroom and master bath are upstairs. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom has both a shower and a large tub. There's an additional small bathroom downstairs. It was clean and cheerful, and we loved feeling like locals for a few days. The neighborhood is great and walkable to many cafes and restaurants. The hosts left a binder with restaurant recommendations, which is how we discovered Little Collins and the Scandinavian Embassy. All told, the experience was a 10/10. We loved the apartment and the hosts and will definitely return.

My family had a wonderful stay at Niels’ place. For starters, Niels saved us after another host cancelled our stay (citing nonspecific “maintenance” issues) less than 24h before we were due to check in. He then let us drop off our luggage while his place was being readied for us, which was very helpful since our plans had been upended. Throughout Niels was kind and very communicative. And the home itself was perfect. My family of five slept very comfortably and loved the location. Very grateful for our time there!

Great apartment and home away from home while visiting Amsterdam. The apartment had great amenenities and was SUPER clean. Toby was a great communicator and worked with us to allow us to keep our luggage in the apartment since we had an evening flight. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood about 20 minutes away from downtown via metro but only 10-15 via bikes. There are some restaurants nearby and the metro is within easy walking distance. We were a family of 4 and the apartment was the ideal size for our family.

My thanks to Wilma and family for their friendliness and being so helpful. I have had a most wonderful time. Will miss the farm and the animals. I wish them huge success with their dairy farm. Great apartment, really convenient to get into the city centre by tram. The only downside was no curtains or blinds in the living room for the evenings. Hosts quick to respond and helpful. The key safe could be a bit tricky to spot if you arrive in the dark as it's on the other side of the road and was behind a couple of bikes when we were there!
