Apartment holiday rentals in Binnenstad

When booking, Annemieke was very nice and direct about renting her apartment. Upon arrival you feel right at home and the location is absolutely amazing. Close to the center, beautiful view from the house. And inside the apartment everything is very neat and well taken care of. We really had a very nice time in Annemieke's apartment. And want to thank her for her trust because you really come into her home and experience whatever you do as your own home the time you spend there but also since I'm not really into writing reviews but it's very important to be able to rent something on Airbnb. Annemieke, thank you again for the great time we spent in your apartment.

Great little apartment in the centre of Utrecht. Everything you could need are within walking distance including the train station.

We had a nice stay at Kris's place! Everything matched the description, and communication with them if needed is facilitated by the presence of a landline phone within the listing, directly related to theirs. The nearby tram (-10min walk) is also a great advantage to visit Utrecht. I'm just wondering about the need for the form to fill out upon arrival. Anyway, it's a good place at a great price!

Very welcoming hosts in a beautiful environment, surrounded by constant nature! The water from the canals brings sweetness and lots of charms! The apartment is very pleasant and functional. I was very happy with this stay!

I can't stress how comfortable this loft is. It's aesthetically very pleasing. The living room, the kitchen and balcony is very well designed and utilized as a space. Large windows, and great lighting. Here's a list of pros and cons. Pros: * Aesthetically pleasing * Superb lighting with a lot of control * Great sound system all over the house (sonos) * Large comfortable coach * Functional kitchen with a great coffee machine * Large balcony with ambient lighting * Full functional bathroom with an a nice shower * Large plants * Thomas is very flexible, friendly and communicative Cons: * The only con, the bed room is tight and requires stairs to reach That said, I would always stay in Thomas's loft when I visit Utrecht!

The apartment was very cozy and the location was great. It is located in a very lively neighborhood. Many great restaurants and cafes nearby but still quiet location. We would come back. Within walking distance of the train station (approx. 20 min.)

We had a great time! The accommodation is very well located, in a quiet, clean and pleasant area. The kitchen is well equipped, which is perfect for a family stay. The plus: the location is ideal between Utrecht and Amsterdam, with a train station nearby (Breukelen) where we were able to park our car for free. This allowed us to quietly visit Utrecht and Amsterdam by train, without any traffic or parking stresses, and no worries related to the Crit'Air sticker. Thanks again to our host for hosting us and for being available. We highly recommend this listing!

A beautiful home in an excellent location with a fantastic host! Supermarket in walking distance. Park with lakes, trails, forest and playground just across the street. A quick Uber ride from Uretch Centraal or a short walk to the Utretch Zuilen station. We had everything we needed and more. Thank you again Jelle!

Great place in Amsterdam. The canal house was very unique and historic and the art was fantastic. Host was very easy to communicate with.

Very nice apartment on a cozy square in the center of Amersfoort. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes and attractions within walking distance. The space is not large but very conveniently furnished. Good beds and a good shower. Definitely recommended

Fabulous place in the heart of Amsterdam! Easy to walk to most places, and the tram was close if you want to venture out further. Our family enjoyed people watching from the big open Dutch windows. Very beautiful location. Hosts were friendly, and quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommend!

Everything was very nice and to our surprise the flat was even bigger than it seemed on the fotos. Sharing the flat for 2 nights with 4 adults was no problem. The communcation with Nevin was really easy and pleasant. The flat is rather close to the beautiful city center, which is only a 15-20 min walk away. Parking is a bit tricky, since it is very expensive and there's no free parking basically anywhere in Utrecht, so I would advise to come by train, if possible. All in all we had a very pleasant stay :)

The stay with Marjolein and Michiel was extraordinarily beautiful and cozy. Quietly located, beautiful ambience with private pond terrace and garden. Ideal for cycling tours to the World Heritage Site of the mills in Kinderdijk, Rotterdam, and Dordrecht. The water bus is also highly recommended! Since my husband turned 60, Michiel had thoughtfully put a nice bottle of Prosecco in the fridge for us in advance. Breakfast was very tasty and extensive. The beds are very comfortable. We had a lovely stay! Veronika was an excellent host. Apartment is in a great location and the beautiful canal views are worth the climb up the stairs!

Lovely farm stay away from home, favourite part was seeing the cows from the bedroom and kitchen window. hot tub was lovely and clean too.

Just amazed with the place. My wife always wanted to get back to the comfortable home early during our visit. The host gave a clear instruction, very quick response as well as very kind welcome treatment for our delayed honeymoon. We absolutely loved the fully equipped kitchen, jacuzzi bathtub and rooftop terrace where we had breakfast and dinner every night. 100% recommended.

We stayed in Timo's apartment for a week. This week was one of the best for us, and the apartment only made it more beautiful. Incredibly spacious, clean, incredibly cozy apartment. So many beautiful elements of art throughout the apartment, selected with taste and love, without anything superfluous. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need. We were happy to spend time in it. Sometimes we thought about why our city program was so dense and busy, because we really wanted to spend more time in a cozy home. Ideal objective value for money. Our communication with Timo was incredibly friendly, he is a very responsive, kind, attentive and caring host, it was a pleasure to communicate with him. All our issues were resolved as quickly, easily and with care as possible. Would we come back again? Of course. Thank you very much for everything🩷

We stayed in the apartment for a weekend and felt very comfortable. With the bikes you could easily reach the nearby metro station and we had a good time in Amsterdam. The landlords were very friendly and always easy to reach. I highly recommend this place for Amsterdam stays.

This is our second stay and we loved it even more than the first. Ella constantly goes above and beyond to make things just so we notice lots of little details including soap that was toddler friendly, fresh flowers, and some little welcome treats all waiting for us … but the most amazing treat was a little pull along toy that was age-appropriate for our toddler Very flexible and accommodating with checking in and check out and we are most grateful for that extra flexibility and kind We couldn’t recommend Ella or her home more highly we will be back again
