This place is a jewel. The view from the balcony is wonderful - it is tempting to enjoy watching the harbor activity exclusively. But the short walk to the Riva and easy access to the commercial port facilities adds value. A grocery store is downstairs! Helena was very helpful with every question and particularly with guidance on places to see and means to get there in and around Split. Should we visit Split again, Helena's place will be first on our wish list.

We had an amazing time staying at Jere & Ivana’s home. Location was perfect in every way. Great access to shops, restaurants and a quick 15-20 minute walk to the ferry boats. The outdoor patio on the top floor was perfect for winding down after a long day of exploring Split. Very spacious bedrooms. Jere & Ivana were always quick to respond. We were very fortunate to have them share their home with us. The home is on the 3rd/4th floor so it may be a challenge for those who may be senior in age but we had no issue enjoying the residence. A fantastic stay in Kastel Stari, just a few seconds away from an amazing beach. The flat is very comfortable and clean and stays cool even during the hottest parts of the day. Mia was extremely helpful and responsive as a host.

From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly welcoming and service-minded—truly wonderful hosts. The apartment is in a perfect location, just a 2-minute walk to the beach promenade, restaurants, and a grocery store. It's also only a 5-minute walk to the boat that runs regularly between Okrug and the charming town of Trogir. Inside, the apartment is spotless, beautifully decorated, and very well equipped. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, and there's a Smart TV with good Wi-Fi coverage, so you can stream your own apps without any issues. The pool area is simply stunning—clean, relaxing, and a real highlight of our stay. If you're looking for top-quality accommodation with outstanding hosts and a central location in Okrug Gornji, we can warmly recommend this place. Jelena is a kind and responsive host. The apartment is spotless, comfortable, she keeps it up so well. There were goodies waiting for us in the room, and she even offers to take you to the airport if needed. The apartment has a nice view of the beach and is only a pleasant walk to Trogir. The house is a little off the beaten path with a beautiful view of the sea. It is equipped with everything you need. Marijana was a very accommodating hostess. It was all fenced in, perfect for the dogs. The turtles in the back garden were a great highlight.

It was really very nice and above all relaxing. The rural area, the animals all around. Great. Nevertheless, Šibenik and also the Krka National Park can be reached very quickly. We would recommend it immediately and would also like to come back

We enjoyed every minute at Ana‘s place. She even let us stay longer than paid and organized early check-in. We had our private space and the house with its beautiful garden (bbq spot, olive trees, wooden pool sun beds etc.) was more than we could habe ask for. All in all more than recommandable! PS: Her family even made us very tasty dessert on the day of departure!

Absolutely recommended! The garden and direct access to the sea are a dream, inviting you to swim and walk (or jog) by the water. Everything was very clean and the linens and sofa cushions smelled particularly fresh. Dubravka is warm and uncomplicated. With the passenger ferry you can visit Zadar and other islands. With the car ferry you can visit national parks on the mainland, but the island also gives you enough options to relax, eat and hike. You definitely need a car. We had a great vacation!

Marina Beach 5mn drive away Shops (convenience store and bakery) 2mn walk Marina port and restaurants within walking distance. Split 45mn by car, departure from activities: rafting, boat trip.... We enjoyed the greenery, the large terrace, the calm.

Wonderful stay right by the sea! We really enjoyed our stay in this house! We received a very warm welcome on arrival. We immediately felt welcome. Dado, the father of the family, greeted us with a culinary surprise and let us taste his incredibly good olive oil. The location is truly unique: right by the water, with a wonderful view from the balcony and from the house's separated terrace on the other side of the street. We always had breakfast and dinner there. A few steps lead directly down to the rocky jetty, from where you can swim in the crystal-clear sea. The bay of Stomorska is just a five-minute walk away. The village is really pretty, had a small well-stocked supermarket (with fresh bread/rolls) open in mid-April and a nice little cafe/bar. We really enjoyed our stay as a family, it was a great vacation for us in a very special location and with a very nice landlord. We can only warmly recommend the stay!

We stayed in this apartment because it is close to the airport, but also reasonably close to Krka national park. In retrospect, we would have wanted to stay here much longer! The apartment is super comfortable, clean and nice. The bed was lovely and the host was very warm. We also stayed in Split for a few days, but this is actually a much better location (and cheaper) if you want to explore the area around Split. And perfect if you need to be close to the airport! Trogir itself is a little small but very cute. The apartment is very conveniently located, close to the old town and a large bus station. In other words: we highly recommend the apartment and would like to thank Zivko for a pleasant stay!

Our stay at Matea's place in Sukosan was just amazing! The place was sparkling clean and well equipped – we felt comfortable from the first moment. Especially for families with children, this place is ideal. The host family was incredibly friendly and accommodating and even shared toys for our kids which made us very happy. Supermarkets and everything you need are in the immediate vicinity, which makes the stay even more pleasant. The value for money is also outstanding. We would love to book with Matea again at any time and highly recommend this place!♥️

We really enjoyed out stay at the apartment. Place was like in the pictures, even the weather was the same. :)

We got a very warm welcome. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. Everything worked. We didn’t need to contact Petra during our stay as everything was provided. The terrace was very private, spacious and with beautiful views day and night. The beach and shop are 3-5 minute walk away stocking most items. If you don’t have a car, we decided not to hire, use Uber, super cheap. The 42 bus seems to run only week days in the winter and stops at the shop, again very cheap. So glad we stayed here, would stay again.

The accommodation was immaculately clean and tastefully decorated, providing a cozy and comfortable retreat throughout our stay. josaphine and franka both went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and their prompt communication made the entire experience seamless.

Stayed here with 2 other friends and had an absolutely amazing time, the place was spotless upon entry and the hosts provided extensive information on how to get into the place and it’s amenities. They are super responsive and helpful with any thing you may need, will definitely stay here again. Split is beautiful and this place is in walking distance of everything we needed. 5/5 stars as we have literally no complaints. Thank you for making this part of our trip unforgettable!

This place is exactly what you are looking for when you go to Croatia. Close to the beach, bakery, restaurant, and at the same time no hustle and bustle. Your host is very kind, helpful, and easy to communicate with. High-quality apartments make an even better impression in person than in the photos. I think I'll be back in the next few years!

Great location, only a 15 to 20 min car journey to either Split or Trogir. Lovely home right next to the water. Perfect for a quiet getaway, but easy travel to some of the more touristy areas.
