This place is a jewel. The view from the balcony is wonderful - it is tempting to enjoy watching the harbor activity exclusively. But the short walk to the Riva and easy access to the commercial port facilities adds value. A grocery store is downstairs! Helena was very helpful with every question and particularly with guidance on places to see and means to get there in and around Split. Should we visit Split again, Helena's place will be first on our wish list.

We had an amazing time staying at Jere & Ivana’s home. Location was perfect in every way. Great access to shops, restaurants and a quick 15-20 minute walk to the ferry boats. The outdoor patio on the top floor was perfect for winding down after a long day of exploring Split. Very spacious bedrooms. Jere & Ivana were always quick to respond. We were very fortunate to have them share their home with us. The home is on the 3rd/4th floor so it may be a challenge for those who may be senior in age but we had no issue enjoying the residence. ⭐️ Perfect Stay in Okrug Gornji – Highly Recommended! We had a fantastic stay at Marina and Ivan’s place! From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly welcoming and service-minded—truly wonderful hosts. The apartment is in a perfect location, just a 2-minute walk to the beach promenade, restaurants, and a grocery store. It's also only a 5-minute walk to the boat that runs regularly between Okrug and the charming town of Trogir. Inside, the apartment is spotless, beautifully decorated, and very well equipped. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, and there's a Smart TV with good Wi-Fi coverage, so you can stream your own apps without any issues. The pool area is simply stunning—clean, relaxing, and a real highlight of our stay. If you're looking for top-quality accommodation with outstanding hosts and a central location in Okrug Gornji, we can warmly recommend this place. Spędziliśmy u Mario nasze 2 tygodniowe wakacje, był to wyjątkowy czas, pełen spokoju i relaksu, ze wspaniałym akompaniamentem szumu morza. Do plaży jest około 40 kroków, na której jest bardzo czysto i skąd można obserwować piękne zachody słońca. Mario jest bardzo życzliwym gospodarzem, odpowiada na wszystkie pytania i udziela wielu cennych wskazówek, to od niego dowiedzieliśmy się o statku kursującym z Jadriji do Šibenika (bilet powrotny kosztuje 3€), który jest znakomitą alternatywą do podróży samochodem, a także zostaliśmy poczęstowani przepysznym ciastem przez Jego Mamę. Polecam lokalną restaurację Maslina, serwującą pyszne potrawy oraz gorące pączki z kawiarni przy plaży. Wszystkim gorąco polecam pobyt u Mario.

Anita's flat is located in the heart of Split—close to the ferry and old town. Despite being in a central location, the street is very quiet and peaceful. The flat is really stylish and well equipped - a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing! It has everything you need from air conditioning to a washing machine. We especially enjoyed sitting on the terrace for our morning coffee. A peaceful, convenient place to stay—we’d happily return!

We can not recommend Majda’s place enough! It’s a true hidden gem. Majda and her family are such wonderful hosts and made us feel welcome right from the start. The place is perfectly located and offers incredible views from the balcony - we loved watching the sunsets. If you are thinking of booking a stay with Majda, wait no longer and just do it! We’ll definitely be back :)

Lugar muy cercano a la costa, con un bello entorno tranquilo, con estacionamiento (que debes pagar) lo que facilita bajar maletas, solo hay que subir escalas, restaurantes y sitios de interés de Šibenik. Marijana was an excellent host and we had a great time with our little baby. She was very accommodating and gave us lots of helpful tips and was very responsive. We also really appreciated Marijana providing a travel cot to avoid us having to bring one with us on our holidays. The amenities in the house are great and the welcome pack was very kind. The location is a bit out of the way, past some dirt roads and an industrial estate but the house makes up for it definitely and great for family time by the pool and outside oven. Ubers to old town were only €7 so handy enough

Das Haus liegt etwas abseits mit wunderschönem Blick aufs Meer. Es ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Marijana war eine sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Es war alles eingezäunt, perfekt für die Hunde. Die Schildkröten im hinteren Garten waren ein tolles Highlight.

Es war wirklich sehr schön und vor allem entspannend. Die ländliche Gegend, die Tiere ringsum. prima. Dennoch ist Šibenik und auch der Nationalpark Krka sehr schnell zu erreichen. Wir würden es sofort weiterempfehlen u d auch gerne wiederkommen

Meillä oli upea loma Anan talossa! Ana, hänen äitinsä ja isoäitinsä ovat todella ihania. Kommunikointi Anan kanssa sujui mutkattomasti ja hän vastasi nopeasti viesteihin. Talo oli UPEA! Viihdyimme siellä todella hyvin. Paikat olivat siistit ja ulkotila oli mitä mainioin. Ana huolehti meistä hyvin ja oli meitä vastassa, kun saavuimme. Hän kertoi ohjeet ja antoi meille neuvoja. Hänen isoäiti ja äiti tekivät meille tuoreita croissanteja ja toivat meille omista puistaan ison kulhon kirsikoita, jotka olivat todella maukkaita. Heidän vieraanvaraisuus oli ihailtavaa ja arvostettavaa. Lisäksi Ana oli täyttänyt meille jääkaapin sinä iltana kun saavuimme, olimme tästä todella kiitollisia. Plage de Marina à 5mn en voiture Commerces (supérette et boulangerie) à 2mn à pied Port de Marina et restaurants accessibles à pied. Split à 45mn en voiture, départ des activités : rafting, sortie bateau.... Nous avons appréciés la verdure, la grande terrasse, le calme.

Wonderful stay right by the sea! We really enjoyed our stay in this house! We received a very warm welcome on arrival. We immediately felt welcome. Dado, the father of the family, greeted us with a culinary surprise and let us taste his incredibly good olive oil. The location is truly unique: right by the water, with a wonderful view from the balcony and from the house's separated terrace on the other side of the street. We always had breakfast and dinner there. A few steps lead directly down to the rocky jetty, from where you can swim in the crystal-clear sea. The bay of Stomorska is just a five-minute walk away. The village is really pretty, had a small well-stocked supermarket (with fresh bread/rolls) open in mid-April and a nice little cafe/bar. We really enjoyed our stay as a family, it was a great vacation for us in a very special location and with a very nice landlord. We can only warmly recommend the stay!

Der Aufenthalt bei Mare war einer unserer schönsten Urlaube! Das Haus bietet alles was man sich wünscht. Es ist perfekt ausgestattet, das Bett ist sehr bequem (!) und die abgeschiedene Lage direkt in einer wunderschönen kleinen Bucht ist einfach nur ein Traum! Mare selbst ist sehr herzlich und eine super engagierte Gastgeberin! Eine ganz klare Empfehlung!

Nous n'avons passé qu'une nuit chez Mario. Nous n'avons pas eu l'occasion d'utiliser les nombreux équipements de haute qualité de cet appartement qui mérite qu'on y reste plus longtemps !

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung bei Trogir sehr genossen. Die Lage ist hervorragend – ruhig und dennoch zentral, mit Supermarkt und Apotheke in nur fünf Gehminuten erreichbar. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr komfortabel, insbesondere die Betten haben uns überzeugt. Das absolute Highlight ist jedoch die großzügige Terrasse mit einer grandiosen Aussicht – besonders beim Frühstück oder Abendessen ein echtes Erlebnis. Das Badezimmer ist mit einer kleinen Wanne ausgestattet, was das Duschen zunächst etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig machte. Mit ein wenig Übung war das jedoch kein Problem und hat unser Urlaubserlebnis keineswegs negativ beeinflusst. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Auffahrt zur Unterkunft ist, wie bereits in anderen Bewertungen erwähnt, ziemlich steil – sieht jedoch schlimmer aus, als sie tatsächlich ist. Auch mit einem Kombi war sie problemlos zu bewältigen und wurde schnell zur Routine auf dem Weg zu unseren Ausflüge

The accommodation was immaculately clean and tastefully decorated, providing a cozy and comfortable retreat throughout our stay. josaphine and franka both went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and their prompt communication made the entire experience seamless.

Stayed here with 2 other friends and had an absolutely amazing time, the place was spotless upon entry and the hosts provided extensive information on how to get into the place and it’s amenities. They are super responsive and helpful with any thing you may need, will definitely stay here again. Split is beautiful and this place is in walking distance of everything we needed. 5/5 stars as we have literally no complaints. Thank you for making this part of our trip unforgettable!

To miejsce jest dokładnie tym czego szukasz jadąc do Chorwacji. Blisko plaża, piekarnia, restauracja, jednocześnie brak miejskiego zgiełku. Pani gospodarz jest bardzo miła, pomocna i łatwo się z nią porozumieć. Apartamenty na wysokim poziomie, sprawiają jeszcze lepsze wrażenie na żywo niż na zdjęciach. Myślę, że wrócę w najbliższych latach!

Excellent séjour dans cet appartement fonctionnel, au calme, dans un village de pêcheurs entre Split et Trogir. Tout était conforme à la description. Joli balcon avec vue reposante. Idéal pour un couple et rayonner dans la région.

The Studio flat was really great with everything you need for a holiday. It is very close to Split airport so only 10 minuits by taxi. Enough distance so that there is hardly any aircraft noise. It is literally across the road from the beach. All the beaches have fine slightly sharp gravel so take beach shoes. The Island of Trogir is a 10 minuite bus journey ride away that stops practically outside the door. You can also easily bus to many little beaches with changing places and showers. There are Water sports, buses, water taxis close by and a ferry to Split. The host is really nice, always contactable, very helpful and full of local knowledge. I cannot recommend the wonderful host and her family enough in this perfect location.
