This beautiful flat offers quiet and tranquility with the most spectacular view of the beach from the living room I have ever seen. It is wonderfully refurbished and clean with a brilliant minimalist design of black and white only broken up by colour prints of the beach and surrounding areas. It is so calming. The kitchen has great built-in appliances and the bathroom is equally clean and modern. The flat is a few minutes from the shore with a lovely playground nearby and cute restaurants and cafes along the beach. Excellent property, warmly recommend it to everyone.

Mark was very helpful, supplying snacks milk and water, often check we had everything we needed and let us keep our bikes in his garage. so all in all a very pleasant experience.

Nice cosy apartment outside of Instow. A short walk of 15 mins. brought us to the nice beach and a good restaurant. The street was quiet, the neighborhood as well. Enjoyed the stay even though it was only for one night.
