Monthly Rentals in Biard

Very nice accommodation in the heart of Poitiers, very well located, surrounded by small shops and restaurants. It was very easy to park (paid parking space just in front or parking down the street also paid but cheaper). The accommodation was quiet, clean, as in the photos. The indoor temperature was pleasantly cool in comparison to the outdoor temperature. We spent 3 good nights there during our stay at Futuroscope. I would this property.

Perfect accommodation, everything available for a great stay. Shopping area nearby, and very convenient access to the national road for the Futuroscope (10 minutes). The house is located in a residential area in a cul-de-sac and is very quiet. I would recommend this place ++

Very nice apartment in a medieval house. It is right in the city center with a view to the City Hall. Recommended for short stays and long stays!

I highly recommend the accommodation. I loved the whole apartment. It's really quiet. I'll be back for sure
