We renovated and designed this place respecting the traditional ways to build at the time, with limestone and wooden beams, while offering all the amenities of a modern apartment and a little bit of luxury. The beach is a 5 minutes (350m) walk away and the numerous nearby bars and restaurants invite you to enjoy the typical Mediterranean vibes of the old town.

Our refurbished stone tiny house has loads of character, it's located next to the famous castel of Guadalest & the moutain views from the plot are breathtaking. Access is very easy next to the road cv-70, and you can fully disconnect in nature, discover this authentic region, do walks, kayak at the lake, cycle, eat at many local restaurants etc. We have a huge wood pergola, water from citern, solar electricity with 5kw batery, 2 showers.

This charming, detached cottage was created in the inner garden of Finca Portitxol and is completely separate from it. Here, every season has its advantages and due to the extremely comfortable interior, this "casita" lends itself perfectly for a stay in any period of the year, not least during those lovely spring and autumn months. You can enjoy an intimate oasis of peace at the private pool with sun terraces all around and on the covered lounge terrace with a large daybed.

We are in the forest, in the heart of the Sierra de Aitana, at an altitude of 1000 meters; a nature reserve area, with free-range deer, eagles, owls, wild boars, arruis, partridges and more wild animals. The wooden cabin is fully equipped and isolated in such a way that it is perfect to enjoy in winter and summer. We self-supply electricity with a solar-wind hybrid installation.
