Apartment holiday rentals in Beverly

Pannarai’s place was great for our short stay in Beverly. It was nice to be within walking distance to the water and to restaurants. The house is older but typical of the area. The smart tv and AC in each room were particularly clutch given that we visited during a heat wave. Thank you!

We stayed at Tylers place for 3 weeks while we waited to close on our home. Tylers apartment was very comfortable. The bedrooms were a nice size and the bathroom had a lot of space and a great shower. The WIFI was great and I was able to work from the apartment. Parking on the street was not a problem. The location is terrific, we could walk to a lot of restaurants and pretty spots in Beverly. We also had our bicycles and went on many nice rides on the North shore. Tyler was very responsive to any question we had. I would stay again.

This is my first time using airbnb and i can say full heartedly this place was a great choice! had everything as described. host is very responsive and so helpful. they let me check in early which was really nice because it was so hot (also had water!)

I had an amazing time staying in Jennifer’s Airbnb! It was exactly as promised, and everything had the personal touch of someone thoughtful enough to consider even the smallest details. The bed is unbelievably comfortable! Not to mention the bathroom, kitchen and living room areas. The washer and dryer are such a great feature as well. There were options provided for coffee- including a Keurig coffee machine, with the k-cups. Perfectly placed between two of the main streets in Beverly ( Rantoul and Cabot) you are in walking distance of town, great restaurants, the T, the best parks and beaches. And, of course, Salem is only one T stop away, or walkable. …I could keep going! Jenny was so helpful and always responded quickly. I definitely plan on staying here again.

Peaceful and cozy. It was perfect for myself, my husband and my dog. We were grateful to find a last minute accommodation for a wedding after my dog sitter canceled.

We had a great time here - the airbnb was extremely clean and well-outfitted with everything we needed. I greatly appreciated that our hosts kindly made available to us a pack n play, kids toys, and kids dishes for our toddler. They also let us check-in early so my son could take a nap and were overall very easy to communicate with. Although this is a basement-level apartment, we never heard any noise from upstairs. Finally, the value and location of this rental were excellent. Thank you so much for a lovely stay.

Great place to stay. The host was really helpful and friendly. The neighborhood was beautiful. Went with my family for a little over a week and there was so much to do everything is within driving distance. It was nice to have our own space.

Dan and Janet were very accommodating. We were not able to get to their house on the first night as our flight was canceled. We were not sure how we were going to get there with flights canceled and bad weather! We arrived the next day via a very long train ride! They were kind enough to take into consideration our situation and adjusted our payment! The house was very comfortable and clean. Just as described! Hoping we will make a return visit as we have family that lives very close by!

Maureen's place was a dream from booking right through check-out. She is extremely responsive, helpful and thoughtful. We had absolutely everything we needed and wish we could have spent more time. Will definitely recommend to others and 100% plan to return in the future if possible!

We love this downtown location. It was easy to walk around the town and we ate out many meals. It was a great condo and we really enjoyed our stay.

My family and I have stayed at Finella's a few different times. Each time our experience has been wonderful. We enjoy staying at her place. It is close our daughter's college. Finella is a wonderful host. We look forward to staying at Finella's when we visit our daughter.

Dave’s place is a an absolute gem. Its location made it east to walk anywhere in this cute little town. We appreciated Dave’s communication and helpful suggestions around the area. Walking the 2 minutes to the train station to visit Salem and Boston was a huge plus. The space was cozy, quiet, clean and felt like home away from home. We will definitely be back!

Sven and Alanna were great hosts. The apartment was everything I needed for my long term stay. It was clean, had a washer/dryer, and was in a convenient location. Sven was always helpful, quick to respond, and was flexible with the checkout time which was much appreciated. I highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful accommodations. Very comfy. Love the hot tub. Woburn ( pronounced WooBun lol ) is such a cute little hamlet. Good restaurants in walking distance. Strongly recommend Arancini’s. “Wicked” close to Boston. If needing to come back to the area I will seek out this again !!

We had a great stay! The location was great, the pool and hot tub were both clean and enjoyable. The hosts were very nice and easy to communicate with!

Everything was absolutely exceptional! My parents stayed here for two weeks and had a wonderful experience. The hosts were incredibly kind and responsive — they replied to our messages and requests immediately, which made everything so easy and stress-free. My parents left extremely happy and are already talking about coming back. Highly recommended!

I stayed with Evan and Rachel previously in the apartment located upstairs from the Hideaway Studio. Once again, I was not disappointed! Spotlessly clean, great location, clear instructions, and perfect for a single guy looking to stay a few nights in Derry. No complaints except I was unable to find any dish soap, so I had to wash everything with hand soap. Also, when using the hot tub, I was bothered by a musty smell coming from the water, especially when all the jets were turned on. Perhaps I’m just overly sensitive to mold. Also, some of the pictures should be updated. While I didn’t need it for my stay, the bunk bed was not set up, so it was just the full bed with the twin trundle underneath. Wonderful stay overall, and I would not hesitate to book this location again!
