Townhome holiday rentals in Bethany Beach

Perfect 1 night stay and close to all the restaurants and shops in Rehoboth Beach. House was ideal for our 6 ladies for a cousins weekend!

We loved our stay in Dewey Beach, the home was a great location near the beach and great shops and restaurants. The kitchen was stocked with everything we could need and more to make our stay feel right at home. We'll definitely stay here again when in Dewey!

The setting was very peaceful - surrounded by tall pine trees with lots of space between buildings, which is rare for a beach community. The kitchen and furnishings were a bit older but worked just fine for our beach week. Very convenient to the pool and tennis courts. The parking pass for beach parking was very helpful though we also took the trolley and walked to town once. The screened-in porch is lovely.

Lara and her home was great! We really enjoyed our stay. It felt like we were right at home, and we weren’t too far from the boardwalk and all of the fun but it felt nice coming home to a quiet, peaceful, clean neighborhood. Lara’s home was just as pictured very clean and she was very responsive. We will definitely keep Lara’s home in mind when coming back to Ocean City.

When we arrived the maintenance/manager of the property greeted us and let us know where to find him in case there was anything wrong and immediately was useful when we couldn't figure out the kitchen sink. Otherwise everything was great, it was near the beach, but private enough it didn't get a ton of noise or traffic and the living room was great for board games/lounging around with friends. Overall it was a lovely stay and I enjoyed the upstairs loft. Would book here again.

Christie was incredibly helpful and nice! I booked her home super last min and I was able to get right in. Big plus was having many channels on the tv for the evenings (those who book beach spots know many places have some random package) she had network TV (great for my niece!) A gem of a location as well! Would 100% return.

Helen's place is fantastic. Cozy and peaceful with complete amenities and supplies. We just feel like home. Helen's was an excellent hostess. Her instruction was clear and comprehensive. She even offered us with early check in and give us permission of late check out. Since there was no other guests before and after us. It was just perfect.

Steve’s place worth perfectly for us for our short stay for the Rehoboth Beach Seashore Marathon. It was conveniently located near everything we were looking for. Steve was very flexible with our check-in and check-out given we were there in low season. The kitchen was well equipped so we could cook meals and the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. A good value for us.

My most important thing about a vacation is the comfortability of the beds and pillows. (A good nights sleep) Everyone in my family raved about how comfortable the beds were even the pullout couches.Lee and Debbie turned there home to a 5-star location. We were very misled by the pictures….because the place is so big and open on the inside. You have almost everything needed as a backup in your pantry and fridge. Big screen TVs in almost every room…Looking forward to another visit in the future. Thank you…

Jessica’s place is wonderful. We had a great weekend stay. The house is very clean and exactly as described. Close to the beach and the parking pass makes everything really easy. My kids enjoyed the pool and pickle ball court. Jessica communicated well and gave us very simple instructions. We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you Jessica for your hospitality!

Definitely will be coming back on our next family weekend getaway. The place was clean and organized. There were a lot of things to do and a very close drive to the beach. I liked how kid friendly it was with a crib, high chair and games. I would 100 % recommend to anyone wanting to explore near Bethany beach.

The place is great. Right on the beach with great decks and views — we didn’t need to put on shoes the entire time. Walkable also to lots of restaurants and other businesses. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars on the location is not because of the house but because of the way Ocean City is structured — there really is no way to get around without going on the main, high-traffic road and few places to walk dogs comfortably in the summer when they’re not allowed on the beach. Also note you will have to make your own beds when you arrive and strip them when you leave. Other than that this place is excellent! All of us — from 5 months to 45 years and 2 dogs in between — had a great time.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful, newly constructed home! From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless — the house was clean and felt so fresh and welcoming. The kitchen truly blew us away — I've rented many vacation homes before, but I've never seen a kitchen this well-stocked. Every tool, appliance, and utensil you could possibly need was thoughtfully provided, making cooking a breeze. The kitchen island deserves a special shoutout — it's massive, stunning, and became the central gathering spot for our group. Whether we were prepping meals or just chatting over coffee, it was perfect. The neighborhood is peaceful and absolutely beautiful, yet you're just a short drive away from everything — shops, restaurants, and local attractions. On top of all that, the support from the host was outstanding. Communication was quick, kind, and helpful every step of the way. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Ross’s place was the great space to have our family vacation. It was easy to check in with clear instructions. A helpful handbook with local recommendations and easy check out instructions. Our group had plenty of room to enjoy family time and time by ourselves. Very close to the beach where our family spent most of the time. The house is easy to find and it has a beautiful surroundings, including a sitting area right out front. Has a good amount of cookware and cabinet space. Would recommend and would definitely stay again.

Literally right on the beach. Location cannot be beat. Having private beach access rather than competing for public space made the cost worth it for us. Photos are accurate and host is very responsive to communication.

The house was beautiful and in a great location! It was wonderful with young families to be able to walk to the pool and the neighborhood was very nice. Close to shops and restaurants, and overall a very comfortable home.

I recently stayed at this fantastic 4-bedroom beach house in Ocean City, MD, and it was a wonderful experience! The house comfortably accommodated our group of 6 with plenty of space to relax. Just steps away from the beach and vibrant night life, it’s perfectly situated for fun and convenience. Additionally, there are numerous dining options nearby….especially if you’re a crab lover. Our host was incredibly attentive and made our stay enjoyable. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a great beach getaway!

Christopher’s place exceeded our expectations and was a wonderful place to stay. The entire space was beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean, and well kept. We loved the location, a short drive to several different beaches. We enjoyed being able to walk and ride bikes around the quiet neighborhood. The hosts were friendly and communicative, offering many suggestions on what the area has to offer.

Our stay at Donna’s home was a 10/10! When I say this home was move-in ready, I truly mean it! From the convenient clothing steamer to the fully stocked spice drawer and everything in between (steam shower, blow dryers in each bathroom, boardgames, toiletries, top of the line espresso machine, cookware…) I could go on and on! The outdoor deck was our favorite place to hang out and was furnished with a comfy couch, bench, table, chairs and huge umbrella for shade! Location is perfect - equally peaceful & conveniently located in the middle of all the action! The bedrooms were well-sized and we never felt cramped with 6 adults. Communication with Donna was also wonderful - the place was ready an hour early & she responded quickly to any inquiries before and during the weekend. We loved our stay and will return again & again! Thank you, Donna!

Such a beautiful home, with such a great location! Plenty on stores and shops that were walkable distance, and the house itself was so comfortable. It genuinely looks just like the pictures, and Brooke Ashley made sure to list an answer to every possible question that you may have down, in an organized way. She was so responsive and helpful, and it was nice being in such a clean home!
