House holiday rentals in Bethany Beach

My family and I had a wonderful stay and we highly recommend to everyone looking to stay in this area! The home was spotless, comfortable, and smartly decorated. The rooms and kitchen/dining area are spacious. We enjoyed relaxing in the sunroom, it’s truly peaceful and private. We didn’t get to use the firepit, but will be next time. The neighborhood was quiet—nice for relaxing after a day in the sun. There’s a pool/tennis court in the neighborhood that is super clean and you can walk to from the house. The home is ~15 minute drive from Bethany Beach and ~25 to Rehoboth Beach. Also, a super easy checkout which you don’t always find with vacation rentals! We’d definitely love to stay here again and plan to!!!!

Amy was very responsive. Great house with lots of space. Very well equipped. Appreciate the low cleaning fee and flexibility Amy offered with respect to having beds made ahead of arrival for small extra fee. Amazing service!!

Lauren’s place was perfect for our family of 4, including 2 very active toddlers! The first floor was very spacious and the pictures accurately depicted every room of this lovely home. Lauren was incredibly responsive and so quick to help when a minor issue arose early in our stay. The community is so friendly and walkable, and having easy access to multiple pools and playground areas was one of the best parts of our trip! We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Linda was so friendly and responsive to all my questions. Her place is absolutely beautiful, clean, close to the beach and shopping outlets. It felt like home away from home. She thought about every need for her guests, even having bike available! This was my first time booking an Airbnb and the experience will absolutely make me a returning customer.

My stay at Jennifer’s place was nothing short of amazing! The place itself is fantastic -super clean in every room, very tastefully decorated without being too much and very spacious on the inside. The beds are super comfy-best sleep I’ve had in a long time. And if you’re staying in the middle bedroom, the shades are amazing and barely let any sun in so it’s very easy to sleep in. The kitchen is fully stocked for all basic needs so nothing extra to pack there. One of my favorite parts of the house was the sun room off the kitchen/living room-if you take your cup of coffee out there and open the blinds up it is a fantastic way to start the day! There are also plenty of games and a comfy couch for rainy day activities. The bikes and beach chairs in the garage are a very nice touch, all are in excellent condition and it’s a very nice area to bike around. The pool is great for lounging and everyone there was pleasant! There is a brewery down the street that we walked to that was super fun!

Marcelo has a beautiful home that I will consider for future stays in the area. The one floor arrangement worked perfectly for my wife's elderly mother to get around. Thank you again Marcelo.

we had such a great experience staying here! we felt right at home, it was comfortable, relaxing and especially clean!! a perfect distance to the beach and for a day trip to OC, MD! bethany beach is one of our favorite spots to stay and we would recommend this stay with Laura and Bri to anyone!!

My husband and I went to this "home" with another couple for several days of peace and quiet. The home and its location were definitely what we were looking for during our short stay. The kitchen was fully stocked which was great since I forgot certain spices for our planned meals. Our initial excursion was to Fort Miles at Camp Henlopen for a tour of the defensive setup along the coast during WWII. The tour was excellent, and with Laura's recommendation we returned to Camp Henlopen's beach for two days of sun and relaxation. This location is close to Lewes and Rehoboth Beach with plenty of restaurants and things to do on the boardwalk if that is something you are interested in doing. Laura was responsive to all emails we sent during our stay. We would definitely return to this home if our travels took us that way.

We stayed here for Memorial Day weekend with family and friends, an infant and toddler and 5 small dogs. The place was very accommodating for everyone and had everything we need. The views were beautiful! Also location is excellent. We walked to the beach multiple times from the house (about 1 mile I think). Felt very safe and comfortable.

We had a great stay at this AirBnB, it truly is right on the water. The pictures and all the listed amenities are accurate. The house was very clean and the air conditioning worked great on hot days. The kitchen is well stocked and spacious and each bedroom and the living room has their own Smart TV. We appreciated the first floor bedroom and bathroom for our older guests. The location provides immediate access to the beach with a lovely deck, a short drive to Milton restaurants and a quick walk to the Broadkill store for pantry items. The houses are close together and everyone was friendly and respectful of quiet hours. Linda was incredibly responsive and check-in was easy.

This beach house is in a great location on a quiet neighborhood street. We walked to the beach every day! We especially appreciated the renovated kitchen. The hosts made checking in and out easy, and they responded quickly to any questions.

Great place to choose! Not far from restaurants and a nice child play area if you bring children along. Dzmitry was very informative about his house so we had everything needed to know before arriving!

Beautiful home with all the accommodations you could ever need. Kate was incredibly responsive and beyond friendly. The home was very clean and well kept!

The property looks exactly like it does in the photos. It was clean and easy to navigate with lots of space for people to spread out and enjoy their time. The kitchen was well stocked and had the basics needed for meal prep. The house is just down the street from Bethany Beach's main street and you can easily get to Rehoboth or Ocean City as well. DEL 302 Management provided a clean space and clear, detailed instructions the entire time. There are multiple thermostats for this home and it took us a minute to find the upstairs one which we needed to knock the upstairs down a couple degrees. Also two of the three bathrooms are on the upper floor, which means people staying in bedrooms on the main floor and entry level may need to be ready to go use a shower in one of those two rooms. This is just a quirk of the house and was easily solved when we realized it. Overall my experience was wonderful and a great space for my friends and I to celebrate a couple of our birthdays.

We planned a girl’s weekend trip for Mother’s Day. It was amazing! Luckily for us; it was not quite “beach season” but things were open and we were lucky to experience the different beaches with little traffic and ZERO parking fees. The house was beautiful. Wherever you choose to sit and sip your beverage of choice, you’ll have a beautiful view. The house is spacious and came equipped with some baby essentials that helped lighten our load with packing. Ashlee was very responsive! We really loved this place & hope to return again.

We had a wonderful stay and the home was perfect for our girls' weekend. We have stayed in many places over the past 25 years, and this was hands down the best.

To say this was anything shy of an amazing experience would be an understatement. I have never had a host so responsive and sweet. Courtney’s house was absolutely beautiful and the small details in her home made our stay cozy and warm. The fenced in backyard was perfect for our two dogs and the house was fully stocked with anything you could possibly need (the keurig machine stopped working our second day and she had one on our doorstep the very next morning, even though we said it wasn’t necessary) . The beach was a short 13 minute drive, the outlets were less than five minutes away and the restaurants were all within 15 minutes away. The neighborhood was situated in a very quiet community which made it very peaceful at night. I would 100% recommend Courtney’s home over and over. Thanks for an amazing experience!

This cottage is absolutely beautiful! Perfect for a couple or family. Honestly it’s so much nicer than the pictures, it’s bigger than I thought. Such a clean place to stay also. The deck is absolutely beautiful, we sat out there every morning and evening and watched deer! They even had a water bowl for our fur baby. It is so close to ocean city and Bethany beach!. You will not be sorry staying here, I’ll just say that!! Thank you Jay for letting us stay at the Lighthouse Cottage, we will always Remember our experience there, we will be back!❤️

Debbie was a wonderful and responsive host. The house is spacious, beautifully maintained, and perfect for a larger, multigenerational group. The bedrooms on the ground floor were a major bonus for my mom--who has mobility issues--and my sister, who has a new baby. The screened in porch and grill were also much enjoyed during our stay.

Wonderful stay. Lovely, clean home in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood with sidewalks and easy access to beaches and restaurants. We felt welcome and very comfortable. The beds, linens, and pillows were great. Communications were also excellent. Beach chairs and beach towels available along with small snacks were a nice touch. If you are visiting the Rehoboth area, we highly recommend.

Danielle’s place was just awesome. From the minute we walked in we felt right at home. Very spacious, bright and just lovely overall! The kitchen had everything that you could dream of. Whenever we thought, oh we need this and that, it was right there. The sunroom is a dream to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon drink. The bedrooms upstairs are spacious, very comfortable and the bathrooms had all amenities that you needed. We didn’t really use the backyard due to the weather but I am convinced that you will have a great time outdoors if the temperatures are right!! We will definitely try to come back!! Thank you!!!

This was our second time staying at Kaitlin’s canal house and it was just as great the 2nd time around as it was the first. It’s such a peaceful and beautiful location on the canal overlooking the marsh. Easy access for kayaking and fishing and just a quick drive to the beach. The house truly has everything. Can’t recommend it enough for a family get away!

This was an amazing find! It was perfect for my group’s weekend getaway. The direct access to the private beach (not to mention how close) was perfect and completely exceeded my expectations. My group of 10 had enough room without feeling too crowded. We were especially big fans of the balcony, which had an incredible view and was the perfect place for morning coffee / breakfast as a group! Would definitely recommend and would come back myself in the future!
