Everything was true to the description, no unpleasant surprises. Easy access, Pascal and Jeanette are real pros, you can tell they're used to it. Small suggestion for improvement: put a bed base under the top mattress (just a bed base without the feet, because it is actually a loft), but this would make it more comfortable. Very good otherwise, a good stay.
