You'll feel like you're stepping back in time into a historic building made entirely out of brick, but our backyard cottage was completed in 2023 as a labor of love and hospitality. Enjoy direct access to Park Springs Park and trails at the end of the block, or a short walk/ride to the Downtown square. We live in the main house on the property, but designed the cottage to maximize guest privacy. Welcome!

King sized bed in the bedroom plus a queen sized air mattress. Pool view but not currently accessible to guests.

Our apartment is the perfect place to relax after a day of Bentonville site seeing or MT biking. We offer secure bike storage and a wash station.
