We loved our stay here! Convenient location, great house, plenty of room for a group or you could do a couples getaway here. We loved the pool and hot tub! I would rebook anytime!

We totally enjoyed our stay at Sarah’s house. Very comfortable accommodations. Everything we needed was there to enjoy our time at the house. Close to everything fun in Bentonville. Her restaurant recommendations were great. So glad we chose this spot.

Beautiful home close to town yet felt secluded in the country. (other than times when events were going on next door, which were not a problem at all.) Great pool area with lots of pool toys, fire pit, seating, hot tub and shade. Comfortable beds and a nice big kitchen, as well as two living rooms too. Pool is down a hill and some stairs, so might be hard for mobility impaired. Lots of wildlife on property, we saw deer, beaver, lizards and a large variety of birds. Host was very responsive. Great home, nice pool, perfect location.

The home is beautiful, the wooded seclusion felt like we were in our own home, this was my first trip ever to Rogers Arkansas and i loved everything about it and i would highly recommend the stay to anyone!

Our stay here was probably our favorite Airbnb to date. Everything was so clean, and so well stocked. I needed to make a birthday cake and everything I needed was there! The pool floats were so nice to have-all we needed were our goggles! Plenty of pool towels which was great. We loved being able to pack up the bikes and check out all the trails, grab a bite to eat and spend hours in the pool or in the garage hanging out playing ping pong. Just loved all the things to do at your house. Thank you so much and already talking about coming back!!!

This house is phenomenal! Our family weekend stay here was perfect with a family of 8. You are only a couple miles from town but feel like you are in a such a remote area, so peaceful and serene! We have stayed in plenty of Air BnB'S and this is our absolute favorite; we will definitely book here again and again!!

The House’s House was the PERFECT place to stay for our family of 7. We have 3 teens, with one in a wheelchair (that’s was just a little tricky, but doable) and we all had something fun to do. There is every amenity you could possibly need, and a store within a couple of miles in case you need anything. Check-in was a breeze, communication was excellent, and the home is beautiful. No detail was left undone. There were beautiful fresh flowers and snacks, and a welcome packet that gave great recommendations for activities and restaurants. The location is perfect for biking trails (we don’t bike, but they have everything for you if you do), shopping, a quick visit to Rogers, or to see the Razorbacks games. We had a smoke alarm start beeping one morning and I texted Hunter and he immediately responded with several solutions. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else when we make our summer trips to Bentonville after staying here.

This place was clean, had a great location and a very comfy couch. It fit our family of 3 and pet perfectly. Brooklyn was always responsive and helped us when we got in a bind by being able to be flexible with check in. It had nice amenities such as a washer/dryer and an area where pet can run. We would definitely love to visit again.

Nice little home that has been nicely renovated. Very nice part of town and a close drive to downtown restaurants.

We had such a lovely couple of days at this Bnb. The location was perfect as we loved walking out the back door and hiking to a waterfall. My kids loved feeling like wilderness explorers and having the chance to sit under a waterfall! The house is roomy, modern, and bright. My kids didn’t even want the tv but instead they spent their time hot tubbing and enjoying nature. We had a tumble on the trials and our host was prepared with a first aid kit even. We can’t wait to go back!!! 🩷🩷🩷

LOVED staying here at this beautiful home! It was so perfect for our long weekend away. Beautiful views, scenic drives, and the house was absolutely adorable. Super cozy and comfy and also a short drive to down to do things if you wanna get out. 100% recommend this stay and the hosts !

Absolutely amazing. My family and I traveled from Topeka to Seligman to scout for a photography retreat. There was some noise from a house being built which is out of everyone’s control and Ron was super quick to refund when he didn’t have to! He went out of his way and it was truly amazing. I’d recommend this place to everyone, BUT watch out for deer!

This was a wonderful place to stay in Bentonville. The neighborhood is brand new and the house is perfect. It smelled like wonderful cleanliness when we walked in. This was also one of the easiest airbnb door handles I've ever used. They advertised as pet friendly and it was just that. Lots of pet supplies, bags, treats, brush, paw washer, etc. I also like that the house was not too busy with decor and furniture. I have big dogs so this was perfect in that there was nothing for them to knock over and break. :) The hosts were extremely responsive and definitely have your best interest. My husband and I will definitely be bringing the pups here again.

Place was set up for biking !! Added massage gun and foam roller definitely was a nice added touch!

This place is beautiful. All needed amenities were there. Great location to everything in Bentonville and Rogers. The only issue we had we felt like the kitchen window and sliding door needed some coverage as you can see right in the house. It is a very large window, but still beautiful. Would definitely stay again.

Location!! Morning coffee on the back porch watching the sun come up over the fountain, comfy conversations with friends in the parlor and swinging on the front porch watching the afternoon bustle of Bentonville walk by were the top three thing we loved about Jackson House. Kathryn’s place is a perfect balance of old and modern so we had everything we needed and more. She was welcoming and made us feel right at home. This is a super Airbnb!

Beryl West and Deb were top notch! The place is beautiful with designer touches everywhere you look. To start, the minute we arrived we felt like this would be a special place. It didn’t disappoint. We enjoyed staying in and watching movies as much as we did hitting Mezzaluna or Table Mesa. The beds slept well and Deb had the place stocked with everything you’d need and more. We will definitely be back!

This house is amazing. I can’t say enough about it. The location is 12-ish minutes from Bentonville and 20 to Rogers. If you enjoy some singletrack, there is a trail literally to the left of the house if you’re looking at it. The deck is super peaceful and you’re surrounded by beautiful trees. Clinton has done an amazing job making sure you don’t feel like you’re missing anything. There’s a great coffee maker, full utensil sets and even plastic, kids’ plates, cups and utensils. There are clear instructions on how to use the amenities (cold plunge, sauna, hot tub). I’m definitely coming back.

Perfect host, perfect spot, perfect house!! Felt so at home here, only wished we had stayed more than 1 night! Beautiful decor, comfortable beds (super important), great location. Would definitely be a repeat rental!
