Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Bentonville

We loved our stay! My daughter was a huge fan of the pool. It is a quiet neighborhood close to many activities. We needed a battery for the remote for a ceiling fan and Aimee dropped one off that day, which we appreciated.

I would highly recommend staying at Tiffany & Doyels place. it was great for our family and in laws. there was space for everyone. It was clean, and just a 5 min drive into town. Bentonville is absolutely beautiful, you are going to have so much fun! The communication was great and when we needed a few things they immediately responded and brought them over. My son loved the swing chair on the deck and my daughter enjoyed the fire pit and playset! I highly recommend staying here!

House was perfect for our needs. Had everything we needed in the kitchen, plenty of towels, a great backyard to spend time in. Cute, clean, close to downtown Bentonville. Lots of places to eat and things to do nearby. We had two adults and two kids staying.

We always love staying at this home! The home’s inside and outside are very clean and cozy. Great location and yard for pets and kids.

Martha's place is a gem! It looks and feels brand new. Everything in the home is extremely well taken care of and excellent quality -- appliances, linens, kitchen equipment, etc. The home is thoughtfully-stocked with all the necessities. The decor is very tasteful. And the bathrooms and kitchen are squeaky clean. The home is well-situated in Bentonville. It is close to the town square, children's museum and art museum, and yummy restaurants and food trucks. Although it is near to a main road through town, inside the hime is quiet and peaceful. Martha is a terrific host. She even washed little girl clothes we inadvertently left behind, and helped arrange for us to retrieve them. Highly recommended!

Location was directly between Coler Preserve and Downtown. You can easily get anywhere by bike, and it was at the end of a small street with little to no traffic. Cute little house that fit our family well.

Our second time staying at Scotts. We loved it the first time. It is literally across the street form Leopards Loop ( the famous glow-in-the-dark trail!) and the back yard fronts a black tech trail. It is very close to downtown and not far from Masterpiece, Cry Baby and Choo Choo. About a 10 minute ride to the Castle. As far as Scott goes, he is awesome! We were able to check in early which was great as we had two bikes each and could not leave on in the truck. He came by too see how things were going and remembered us from last year (kind of hard not to as we were the tornado renters :p). He was responsive to any concerns or questions. We will rent again next year!

We had such a lovely couple of days at this Bnb. The location was perfect as we loved walking out the back door and hiking to a waterfall. My kids loved feeling like wilderness explorers and having the chance to sit under a waterfall! The house is roomy, modern, and bright. My kids didn’t even want the tv but instead they spent their time hot tubbing and enjoying nature. We had a tumble on the trials and our host was prepared with a first aid kit even. We can’t wait to go back!!! 🩷🩷🩷

What a great find!!! The place is perfectly designed with so much attention to detail. The kitchen has everything you might need, the bed is super comfy, and the porch is simply amazing! Possibly the cleanest AirBnb I have ever stayed in. The room is built on to a beautiful house that is built way up on top of the ridge, and the view from the porch is truly spectacular. I spent almost the entire time out on the porch, playing guitar for the cows and just relaxing after a week and a half of traveling. This place is really special, I feel lucky to have found it, and I plan to return next time I’m in the area. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I would consider this place an elevated experience. The hosts were super friendly. The sheets and bed were in the luxury category. The kitchen had all basic necessities and some additional snacks and teas were available. There was a dining table and desk to sit at for meetings. The walking trail to the water was steep but gravel. The boat dock was a nice amenity in a beautiful cove. The firepit was easily accessible and very well designed. The weekend we were there they had some growth construction going on - clearing paths and trees. When we were outdoors that was loud during the day, but I’m sure it’s temporary.

This place was absolutely amazing! My friends & I enjoyed it so much & I so badly wanted to cancel everything else this weekend to stay another night! It was so beautiful and peaceful! I would 100% stay here again!!!!

Great airbnb! Hosts we're great. Love the amenities in the club house and pool. The area is amazing, Rogers, super close to Bentonville.. Would highly recommend it.

Condo was well furnished and very clean. No carpeting which was very good for my husbands walker to manuver. Location iis near a lot of food options and shopping. We would stay again. Jeffrey was very easy to communicate with.

Mike was super kind to our family. We were displaced after a fire and he was more than willing to allow us there and to be able to accommodate my family and our furry friends.

Great place to stay with your pets! Our family, including our pets, felt comfortable and cared for.

My family of 5 (1 being a 2 month old baby) stayed here for 5 nights. We had a great time on our getaway. We made all of our meals at the cabin, enjoyed the fire & hammock. My daughter loved collecting the eggs for our breakfast..We even decided to name the chickens while we were there, knowing nothing about chickens we named them Janet, Betty & Henry 🙂

Loved the location since it was close to all of the biking trails, waterfalls, and Bentonville! The house was clean with plenty amenities and communication from the host was quick and helpful.

The home was clean and worked well for us coming and going for a baseball tournament. the location to restaurants, shopping, and the lake was convenient. the home has been updated and nicely done we would book it again.

We took this trip to relax and get away. We were so happy we found Linda’s home. Sitting out on the front porch morning and evening rocking and listening to the birds was so relaxing. The space is so nice and left us not wanting to leave. We enjoyed morning walks on the nearby Back 40 trail which can be accessed right from the property! We also came to experience Bentonville and this location was close enough to do that while also getting us a relaxing space to be in. Thank you Linda for the great place to relax and for being a great host!! We can’t wait to come back!

We really enjoyed our stay!! Julie was quick to respond and friendly. We were able to bring our 11 month old lab, which was definitely a PLUS! None of the neighbors seemed to care either being that we had our own little space in the yard. It was a very pleasant stay and we felt safe (we didn’t lock our bikes up at night or while we were gone during the day). I will say that if it’s more than 2 adults and a small dog, the space would be somewhat crammed, but that would just be based on your preference. We didn’t mind it because we are used to sharing our personal space with our pups. A huge perk- the water in the shower was always hot, even though the campsite seemed to be full and there was a sign to keep showers short and conserve water. Be prepared to be an early riser (5:30am) if the light from the sun wakes you up because the pop up door faces the East and it shines in bright. We weren’t bothered as we like to wake up with the sun. Serene & beautiful place. We’ll be back!!

I can’t say enough about this cabin in the woods. It was beautiful! Tastefully decorated with everything we could need. The craftsmanship on this cabin is something I would love to have. We will be back. And we will share with our friends and family to come. It’s just that kind of place. Ps, love the view and the wildlife.
