Holiday rentals with breakfast in Bentonville

We booked the Lodge for a creative writing week-end. The Lodge was a charming stay with comfortable beds and useful air-conditioning. The beautiful lake views from the property created a peaceful atmosphere that enhanced our overall experience. The place was clean and we appreciated the stocked kitchen. The journey across the little Golden Gate bridge to downtown Eureka Springs was a pleasant drive. Erin was very responsive to help us find the porch light switch and she quickly answered questions about the tap water. However, the limited supply of beach towels was disappointing, especially for guests hoping to fully enjoy the lakeside amenities. However, there were plenty of other towels in all the bathrooms. For travelers seeking a picturesque lakeside getaway around Eureka Springs with comfortable accommodations for your whole party, this lodge delivers a wonderful experience!

The host was always available to answer any messages we had. They were quick and kind with their responses. We enjoyed the hot tub, the teenagers loved the bottom floor, and the balconies were great spaces to hang out on. Hope we can come back again!!

We stayed at Palmer House for my son’s graduation from Arkansas. I can’t say enough about how perfect this home was. We had three generations in the home and were very comfortable. Matthew had the doors to the screen porch wide open when we checked in and it was impressive when we walked in. We had some friends and family over for a BBQ before the grad ceremony and the screened porch and deck were perfectly ideal for the group to celebrate. After the BBQ we all walked to Bud Walton for graduation. Just so much fun and The Palmer House made our weekend simply incredible!

Very nice place and perfect for our family! Would definitely stay again. One of the nicest Airbnb we have ever stayed and we have stayed at a lot over the past several years. Everything was well thought out and had everything you would ever need. Also Bob gave us great recommendations for restaurants in the area.

We had such a wonderful stay, the hosts were amazing and so responsive. They left us homemade muffins, which were sooo good! The location was perfect , we can’t wait to stay again :)

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this adorable home! I have lots of family all over Springdale/Fayetteville and Caitlin’s place was only 7 min down the road from my brother’s home off Habberton! It was the absolute perfect location and as soon as I walked in the front door it brought back so many childhood memories! It was absolutely perfect! And the homemade apple butter in the fridge just made it even better! Thank you so much, Caitlin for letting us stay in your home! We will definitely be coming back, hopefully soon!

This spot is a phenomenal place. It's very eell done; classy and private. Also it was super clean. It's a brilliant idea that was well executed, and stocked with the perfect props and furniture. Oh and thanks for the snacks!

We had a house fire, I have cancer and we had no place to go. I contacted Nama and she gave us a peace of mind, knowing we had a warm, welcoming home to live for almost a month. The price was affordable, clean, comfortable and she made sure we had everything we needed. She even had Cox cable installed for us. We are so grateful for her hosting myself, my husband, my son and my service dog. Me and my family are so blessed to have her in our lives. We know she and her family are God sent and lifesavers. God’s blessings to her and her husband for hosting us as we are in search for a new home. 🙏🏽😇

Your place was perfectly located and surprisingly quiet. Mrs. B (Patricia?) took such good care of us. She is so sweet, with great positive energy, and she is an amazing cook! I felt like I made a new friend. Thank you for everything!

It’s our favorite airbnb! We loved the location! The Arkansas themed decor was the best! It had so many extra things provided that really came in handy!! The host was so sweet! We loved every minute of it and hope to stay again!

This place was truly stunning. From the moment we arrived, Ms. B was waiting and had everything ready! From the equally of the rooms, common areas with ample games for the guests, and the AMAZING home cooked breakfasts. This is truly a must stop for any visit to Eureka Springs

This was our second stay at one of Jeffrey’s places and it was one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had! Bed is super comfortable. Everything is super clean, very fresh and modern feel throughout the place. Having stayed in several places in the Bentonville area, I can say this one is in a league of its own. I would highly recommend it, don’t think twice!

Immaculate, spacious 2 bed, 2 bath apartment for our family of 5. Location and amenities were great. Host was very responsive as well. Definitely recommend booking this place!

My wife an I had a wonderful last night here in Eureka Springs. Miss B was exceedingly kind and capable. The breakfast she had prepped for us in the morning was as delicious as it sounded and she was kind enough to work around my wife and I's independent allergies. 10/10, would stay again.

While there are many lodging options sprinkled throughout Eureka, the Peabody House is the ideal choice for those looking for privacy & easy access to the downtown scene. We had the pleasure of staying in The Cottage located just behind the main house for two nights. Colton & Lillian are amazing hosts and were gracious enough to allow us to elope on the property. The lush garden with its rock wall, creeping ivys and mosses was the perfect setting for our vows. We enjoyed the scent of honeysuckle growing on the property and the lovely couple of cats roaming around. The friendly tabby was like our little ambassador as we found it following us around town & racing us back to The Cottage. The interior was homey, clean and we loved the comfortable king bed & air jetted tub for two. Couples robes, drinks & snacks were available to us upon arrival and we really felt at home during our stay. Anytime we visit Eureka we will try to return to the Peabody House.

What a wonderful stay at 5 Ojo in Eureka Springs! The room was incredibly cozy with a super comfortable bed — perfect for relaxing after a day of work and exploring. Breakfast was both beautiful and delicious, clearly made with care. Everything was spotless, and the location made it easy to get in and out of town. Susan and Tom, the owners, were fantastic — very helpful and quick to respond to any questions I had, which made everything so smooth. As a sweet surprise, they even left a bag of cookies at my door — such a thoughtful touch! I’d absolutely love to stay here again on any future visits. Highly recommend!

My stay at the Perch (4th floor) of this gorgeous home totally set the stage for our wedding weekend! Tamara was truly a jewel in making us feel so celebrated and welcome! She did amazing with her daily breakfast spread, we had the best time chatting and learning about the Ozarks. I would absolutely return. The walk from Armstrong down to Main street was super cool if you're down with stairs!! Thank you for making my final days as Ms. Michaels so magical!

The Tower House is a great stay for groups looking to have proximity to the food and fun of Eureka Springs. Ours loved having different areas to gather in and outside the Tower House. The rocking chairs were a particularly beloved feature for watching the clouds and cars go by.

Clean comfortable place, perfect for our overnight stay. Beautiful setting. Loved sitting on the back deck with a bottle of wine. Would highly recommend this place to friends.
