Monthly Rentals in Bénouville

We visited for the 81st D-Day celebrations. Perfectly placed for anyone visiting Sword Beach, Pegasus Bridge, Merville Battery, Hillman and Caen. Stephanie was extremely helpful and let us know about several local events. The clean modern accommodation was perfect for a short or longer stay and there were as many leaflets and guides that were provided that would put many Tourist Information offices to shame! All in all I would highly recommend the accommodation. Information Information

5 adults and 3 children stayed in Francois’ home for the 4 days covering the 80th Anniversary of D-Day. The house is set in a beautiful garden with plenty of parking and a gated drive. The house was perfectly situated to visit many of the surrounding villages and memorials to allied soldiers of the Second World War. The house was a very short walk from Pégasus Bridge and all of the events taking place in that area. The house itself was beautiful, bright and airy and included a hot tub in the garden that we didn’t get chance to use due to being so busy! Although we stayed in Francois home during a very busy period I would also recommend this house to families wishing to visit Normandy at quieter times as I imagine it would be very peaceful. The house’s proximity to the beautiful French countryside, beaches and restaurants are an added bonus.

Lovely place, super calm and relaxing, amazing environment and a great host!!

We had a great time at Marie-Jo's place. The accommodation is very pleasant and quiet. The possibility to park two cars next to the house in Marie-Jo's property is a plus. My two little girls 5 and 6 years old had a lot of fun with the swings the house in the tree and all the games available.
