The apartment is exactly as shown on the listing. It's clean, tidy and has plenty of space. It's within walking distance of everything you need. There's plenty to do locally and the hosts are very attentive and helpful. I would happily stay again.

Det er et dejligt område, det ligger i et boligkvarter, så man møder mange lokale. Det er absolut ikke et område for gangbesværede, men meget charmerende. Marlena og Gøran er meget søde og hjælpsomme.

Ha sido un placer y un lujo para nosotros poder alojarnos en este apartamento. Nos hemos sentido muy a gusto desde que hemos entrado, muy limpio con todo lo necesario para estar comodos. Decoración sencilla pero con mucho gusto. La terraza una maravilla, se puede disfrutar en ella todo el dia. Muy relajante. La piscina climatizada también ha estado muy bien con una temperatura de agua ideal que invitaba al baño. Muchas gracias por recibirnos, han sido unos dias de relax y desconexión magníficos. Estamos deseando poder volver en otra ocasión

From the moment I arrived, I knew I had chosen the right place. This Airbnb was everything I hoped for—charming, spotless, and thoughtfully designed for a comfortable, relaxing stay. Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, the space offered just the right balance of privacy and convenience, with local cafés and shops just a short walk away. The real highlight, though, was the host. Alex, went above and beyond in every way—from the warm welcome and personalized local recommendations to the little touches that made the space feel like home. Communication was clear, prompt, and kind throughout, and I felt genuinely cared for. Whether you’re passing through or planning a longer stay, I couldn’t recommend this place more. It’s rare to find a place where both the space and the host make such a lasting impression. I’ll absolutely be back!

The location was perfect, and so was the view, the apartment was clean and tidy and just what we needed for a weekend stay. Would definitely stay there again.

we were first timers using air bnb and we're very impressed!. The accommodation was perfect for us from location to the facilities provided. Communication between the host and ourselves was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. we loved it as we were able to enjoy the beach during the day.and of an evening...take a stroll to the old town ( for shopping and tapas bars) or enjoy shows in the more livelier end of benidorm. Despite having some mobility issues this was perfect ..having a lift and easy access and would highly recommend for anyone that wants to enjoy the best of Benidorm! thank you Margreth 😊

Świetny apartament dla dwóch osób, na miejscu jest wszystko czego potrzeba, bardzo blisko plaży i centrum miasta, kontakt z Alfonso genialny, zawsze odpowiadał bardzo szybko i rzeczowo na wszystkie pytania Dziękujemy za świetny pobyt!!

Séjour absolument parfait ! Le propriétaire est d'une immense gentillesse, très arrangeant, et réagit immédiatement en cas de besoin. Le prix est vraiment bas pour la prestation (superbe appartement, proximité avec les plages, piscine...). Je recommande vivement. Un immense merci !

We have just come back from a 4 night stay at this apartment. Upon arrival we were greeted by Jessy. On entering the apartment, you get the WOW moment when you see the view. The whole apartment was lovely, very clean and well stocked -even providing beach bags with beach towels in them. We asked for more hangers (as 4 ladies sharing) and we had them that evening. Great location. Great host. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely loved this apartment. Chose to stay here after a wedding in Altea and travelling with 2 under 2 we didn’t want to venture much further, just wanted somewhere nice and by the beach. Chose the stay basically based on this apartment that looked lovely. Josep was very accommodating with a high chair and cot (we brought a cot ourselves for our 2nd). This apartment block looked the nicest we saw along the beach front and the apartment itself one of the best with a huge terrace and a second balcony. The terrace really fantastic. Right by the beach. New and modern. Clean and provided basic amenities - body wash, hand soap, cleaning products, a welcome basket which is always nice. David - Josep’s friend had to let us in as he explained key boxes are not actually legal anymore. He was very thorough showing us the apartment for a few mins and also allowed us early checkin which we appreciated so much with our 2 babies. We loved it - thank you!

Good value for the money and the view was really nice! Owner is also really friendly and communicates fast!

Myself and two other friends stayed in the apartment. the apartment was in a great locatin, one block back from the beach. There was an excellent supermarket within 5 minutes walk and plenty of other shops within the locality. The aprtment was clean and so well equipped with everything that you could possibly wish for. There was a welcome pack which included far more that I have received in any other airBnB - coffee pods, tea bags, water, bottles of pop, washing up liquid and clothes washing liquid to mention just a few, but there was so much, I can't list it all. The apartment was safe with a fabulous view of the sea from the eighth floor. air conditioning was very effective, warm shower, seperate toilet and washing machine room with an ample-sized balcony. The pool area was clean and very calm - no racing for sunbeds because you take your own that Juan and Maria provide. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this apartment - excellent value, well equipped and amazing commuication too

We had a fantastic stay at the Sunset Waves apartment in Benidorm. The place was clean, modern, and very well-equipped – perfect for our group of four adults and two small children. The location is great, with easy access to the beach, pools, and nearby restaurants. Everything worked smoothly during our stay, and communication with the host was easy and efficient. One important tip: if you’re using the underground parking, make sure to drive the car out before you return the keys to the apartment on departure day – otherwise, you won’t be able to exit the garage. All in all, a wonderful stay – we would happily return!

Thank you Seawings for our stay in May 2025. Apartment was as clan, all beds felt like new and as described. Communication was very fast and responsive. Perfect amenities and very clean lots of thing to do even with a 9yr old. Just a brisk 25 min walk to Benidorm old town.

Heel fijn ruim en licht huis. We hebben er heerlijk genoten met onze twee kinderen, die waren vooral heel blij met het verwarmde zwembad. Moraira is ook een leuke plaats met veel leuke restaurants en twee stranden.

La verdad que la estancia fue genial desde el primer día que nos recibió Vianny a la llegada que nos dió entrega de llaves y nos enseñó la casa y el funcionamiento de electrodomésticos y demás cosas. Vianny es muy agradable, simpática y hay comunicación en todo momento de la estancia si necesitas o dudas de algo. El apartamento es precioso tal como se ve en imágenes limpio ordenado y con todo lo necesario para tu estancia. Tiene unas vistas impresionantes en primera linea de playa con una terraza amplia y cómoda para disfrutar. Los dormitorios son super cómodos y se descansa muy bien no hay ruidos por la zona es tranquilo. El salón muy cómodo los sofás y una pantalla gigante para disfrutar. En la cocina tienes todos los electrodomésticos y utensilios necesarios por si queréis cocinar. El baño muy limpio con toallas y jabones , la ducha perfecta. Muchas gracias Vianny por todo, un apartamento y un lugar para volver. Un saludo. Recomendable 100%

Apartamento en primera linea de playa, sin lujos y con unas vistas increíbles del mar y la playa de Levante de Benidorm y para disfrutar de la terraza 100%. Y además con aparcamiento incluido que es imprescindible en la zona.

Great location between old town, the strip and the beach. The apartment was squeaky clean and exactly as described. We were also given a larger apartment than we were expecting, which was a bonus! I would stay here again if we come back to Benidorm

Amazing apartment with incredible views both durning the day and evening, Just as pictured. Andrea was amazing at checking us in and recomend places for us to visit. We had to check out at 12pm and our flight was night, she sent us a location for a locker €8 for the day 0.4m away. Place was clean and tidy with everything you need. Beds was comfy even the pull out bed in living room thick mattress. Welcome drinks chilled in fridge, 4 beers 2 cans of coke and large bottled water. Amazing place for the price you pay. Would highly recomend and will be back when in Benidorm again. Thank you for a lovely 3 night stay.

Great location, very short walk to the beach and amenities. Hostess was lovely, very punctual and friendly.

El apartamento de Patricia es grande y la ubicación fantástica. Nos recibió su madre Vicenta una mujer encantadora que estuvo muy pendiente de nosotros. Las vistas son espectaculares. Las camas muy cómodas y todo estaba muy limpio. Repetiríamos sin ninguna duda .
