This was such an amazing find Great location, great views Apartment was lovely, clean and has everything you need, few little extra touches, like a beach bag with towels for the guests, water and a welcome drink in the fridge. Kitchen full of everything you would need for your stay. Meet by Jessy at the apartment on arrival and departure, who was super helpful and local if you need anything. Would definitely recommend and hope to be back soon

Amazing apartment with the best views of Benidorm. Check in was easy, great communication throughout. Place itself was spotless and had everything we needed. Loads of room for 4 guests and great balcony space. Would highly recommended, thank you!

Had very nice contact with the host, responds quickly and kindly. We could store our suitcase a little earlier, which was great. Got tips for what to do in the area. Apartment is completely as in the pictures; clean and neatly decorated. Amazing views over the sea. Walking to the beach is easy to do, if you want to go to the center of Benidorm or Alicante, you should keep in mind that this is quite a bit further.

the apartment is great. It is very well equipped and very clean. The location is unbeatable. Guillermo was very nice, he sent us the location, photos and Ivan, the guy who attended to us when we arrived, was very nice and explained everything very well. If I return to Benidorm, I hope to be able to book it again

Great stay in a charming, rustic, villa. The location is perfect for exploring the Levante beach area. The villa is really big. Exceeded expectations. Highly recommended.

Cleanliness accuracy availability of sovereign reign in this apartment

I booked the apartment mainly for the view and it certainly delivered that. The location is great, close to the beach, restaurants (we particularly like Il Gusto below the apartment) and a decent supermarket nearby. I’ve stayed at a few AirBnBs in Benidorm and this is by far the best.

Sandra was a wonderful host, from start to finish. The apartment was better than described in a great location and all within walking distance to Calp area. The view from the apartment overlooking the sea and Ifach was superb! Very clean and would certainly use this apartment again if in the Calpe region again. Thanks Sandra!

This place was beyond my expectation. Laura has to be the best host I've come across. She was super responsive and went over and beyond to help us with restaurant/ sight seeing recommendations. The place is in a great location and very clean. I traveled with my parents and we felt right at home. The kitchen was fully stocked with spices and kitchen supplies. Beautiful view of sunrise and sunset. I'd absolutely stay here again.

I can highly recommend the accommodation. It is even more beautiful in real life than in the photos. We almost always had the pool to ourselves. The beach is also very close and the tram connection to the center of Alicante is also very good.

This is the best apartment owner! I have very warm feelings for him. Even online. He is a very attentive person. He helped me solve my problems and even more. He suggested what transport is convenient and cheap to get to the apartment, at 1 am he accompanied me online personally, made sure that it was convenient for me to check in and out. Everything in the apartment was prepared for my arrival, everything is clean and beautiful. There are all the necessary items from a hair dryer to a blender. Bed linen, towels, dishes - everything is clean. The apartment is located on the top of the mountain. The terrace offers a magnificent view of the sea, mountains and the city at the same time. Very beautiful. Comfortable and quiet. Fresh air. It is very important, yes, it is very important that Javier is always in touch. He always promptly answers all my questions, even sent a diagram of how to get to the beach very close and quickly in 5 minutes🏖️. In general - this is love 💕

Great little town. The apartment was great, plenty of room with the suitcases. Fully matched the photos and ad. Quiet at night, neighbors were hardly heard or seen. It was told in advance that there were no grocery stores nearby, so we were able to prepare for that as well. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances, including a washing machine. The drying rack on the balcony is a little small.

Good value for the money and the view was really nice! Owner is also really friendly and communicates fast!

The place is way better than the pics. Imaculate place, super clean, really quite, no noise, great swimming pool, easy parking. We were 5 people and we had enough space for everybody. 2 good rooms and splendid bathroom. Segundo is a really good host always responds quick, he gives clear and straight instructions, he makes goods suggestions and obviously he knows the area pretty well. 100% recommended. We will repeat without any doubt.

Had a great stay, perfect location with the beach, bars and restaurants all very nearby. The pool and courts were great to have!

This is a beautiful unit, clean and very spacious a with a lovely view of the sea. You will need a car to get around as there are no services within walking distance but the beach is a very short walk and you can spend your entire day on the units decks and hot tubs. Outdoor pool was closed for the season but it looks very nice and clean.

Everything was excellent, the beach was spectacular

We had a very nice week at Rafal's. The apartment is nice, comfortable and not least very practical. We had a great time with all the swimming opportunities. We had a rental car and with it we easily got to all places. The beaches in the area are fantastic. I would recommend a trip to Villajoyosa. I can definitely recommend Rafal's apartment to others.
