Monthly Rentals in Belmont

From the moment we arrived (with our dog) we felt welcome. The property really is a "Cosy Cottage" with a great outdoor area and yard. There was a fabulous welcome basket loaded with goodies (Tea, Coffee, Crackers/biscuits, Choc, Cereal etc) and a delicious large bowl of various fruits. Amenities were provided in EVERY room. Felt like walking into home. Even our dog was very happy to be there! Would strongly recommend staying here. Thank you Linda for being a great host!!

The place was exactly as the photo listed. It is very private and had my own space. It was clean and had everything needed too. Check in instructions were clear and process was seamless. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful 2 night stay at Sharlene’s. The rooms are spacious and the apartment has everything you could need. The area is lovely and peaceful.

We had such a lovely stay at Lauren and Adam’s place! It’s a warm and cozy space with a well-equipped kitchen — complete with a microwave, electric stove, kettle, fridge, capsule coffee machine, and a full range of cooking utensils and tableware. They also kindly provide essentials like hand towels, bath towels, and toilet paper, which made everything super convenient. Lauren was always quick to respond and even checked in proactively to ask if we needed fresh towels, bed linens, or supplies — such a thoughtful host. Their two cats and four chickens occasionally wander around the backyard, which brought us so much joy every time we saw them. The location is also very convenient — just 2 or 3 stops on the 200 bus to the nearby shopping center, and the same bus goes directly into the city.
