Private Bellport Gem with View!

This Bellport gem is set back from the road and has beautiful grounds. With an upstairs living room with views of the golf course and an outdoor porch, have coffee or a cocktail while watching the swans on the pond and enjoying a stunning sunset every night. The house has a large heating pool that is open mid-May through September. Outfitted with lots of places to sleep including one set of bunk beds as well as a small guest house, this is a great place for a family get away. Walkable to town!

Quaint Cottage on Long Island's South Shore.

The Cottage is a lovely space enclosed in hedges for privacy on a one acre property. I do have 3 dogs, they are kept in a separate gated area on the property. The cottage is located 3 miles from downtown Patchogue which is enjoying a renaissance. There are many restaurants and cultural activities as well as ferry access to Fire Island (Davis Park) in the warmer weather. We are also the "Gateway" to The Hamptons.

Nature Lovers Paradise at Zephaniah Conklin Farm

Had a wonderful stay at Paul's. He was incredibly responsive and lovely to interact with. The house is tastefully designed - it's such a pretty cottage, lovely touches throughout and his design sensibility shines through. The backyard was really the highlight for us. The landscaping is stunning (imagine a backyard full of hydrangeas) and you could spend all of your time out there - between the pool, the firepit, the lighting, outdoor shower and patio, we found ourselves not wanting to leave. There is even a beautifully restored and, I imagine historical, restored family cemetery at the back of the property. We enjoyed the short trips over to Smith Point and Fire Island, and wandering Bellport and Brookhaven, where there are many beautiful homes and terrific local farms. Definitely recommend!

Beautiful house in a great location. The wildlife in the yard is always nice. The couch was surprisingly comfortable, as were the beds and the master shower was really nice too.

Karen’s home was so beautiful, well decorated and comfortable. The home was very well equipped with everything we needed including high end amenities all throughout the home and a chefs kitchens dream. We have stayed in Airbnb’s in many parts of the country and the home far exceeded our expectations. On top of that Karen was a kind and responsive host. We really would give this host and home 10 stars if that was possible. Highly recommend that you book the home of you have the opportunity.

Beach Getaway w/ Heated Pool & Hot tub

My husband, our dogs, and I just returned home after spending a month at Sarah's house on Long Island. we truly didn't want to leave, it was so relaxing! The lousy May weather notwithstanding, the property was absolutely perfect for us. Everything was as described and we felt right at home. Sarah was super proactive/responsive. While we were only able to use the pool a couple of times (weather), it was great and the spa was awesome, especially in the evening under the pretty lights in the backyard! There were great spaces to work (hubby didn't have the full month off like I did) and to just chill. The house is located near many conveniences (I'm looking at you, Walmart) to pick up necessities and while we didn't cook for ourselves quite a bit, we were thrilled that unlike at home, the food delivery services were fast, reliable, and everything arrived at the perfect temperature! we can't say enough good things about our stay and will definitely be returning!
