Apartment holiday rentals in Beaulieu-sur-Mer

This little apartment was perfect for my stay in the South of France! It’s away from the hustle and bustle of Nice, which I loved. The train station is SO close and you can reach any city on the coast you want from that station (Cannes, Antibes, Nice, Eze, Monaco, Menton, Ventimiglia, etc.) There is also a little supermarket just a block away, which is super convenient! While the street was a little noisy at times, it didn’t bother me. The apartment was clean and safe. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

The place looks just like the photos. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped and the view is really spectacular. The only thing to note is all business are a 10-15 min walk away, there is nothing very close. But nonetheless I would stay again. One review mentioned a weird smell but I am have not noticed anything and I am very sensitive to odors. Marjorie was great to deal with :-)

Amazing stay on the beautiful South of France in conveniently located apartment. Apartment was small but had everything we needed. Communication with the host was seamless and it was an all around amazing experience!😊

Gerti’s place was absolutely perfect! It was such a peaceful and comfortable place to come back to after a day of exploring. It’s centrally located, right by the bus stop, not far from the train station either. We cooked several dinners in the kitchen - well equipped. The washer/dryer combo was an added bonus! There is AC in the bedroom which worked so well. Bed was super comfy! SO CLEAN. I can’t say enough positive things about our stay! We can’t wait to come back!

Sonia's home was perfect for our south of France vacation! We appreciated how communicative she was especially with our variable arrival time as a result of train delays. The home was cozy and we appreciated how heating was available during the colder off season. Please note that you will need to bring your own amenities and toiletries. The location was super convenient to the train station and that made our adventures extremely easy. Thank you Sonia for hosting us in your lovely home!

I had a very nice stay and was kindly received. The apartment is peaceful and is close to everything: train, beach and service. I especially appreciated the attention to the small details, such as the fact that there was coffee and milk when I arrived. I highly recommend staying here!

We stayed at Dinara’s for 10 nights and will absolutely stay again during our next visit to beautiful Beaulieu!She was very responsive to our questions before and during the trip. She also provided great recommendations on what to do. We felt very welcome with a nice bottle of rose and some bottles of water when we arrived. The apartment was wonderful. It was very spacious with a super comfortable bed and pillows, blackout shutters, and ac. Plenty of closet space/hangers/drawers. The shower has great water pressure. We enjoyed breakfast or some evening wine on the patio. The location is perfect! 5 minute walk to the beach, train station, Provençal market, and supermarket. We enjoyed walking to the delicious restaurants in town as well as some neighboring towns like Villefranche or Saint Jean Cap Ferat. We fell in love with Beaulieu! It is stunning and has more of a low key local feel. It was very easy to explore the stunning area by train as well as by car. We can’t wait to return!

We had a wonderful stay at Julien’s. The location is great, within walking distance to restaurants and beaches. The apartment is furnished with quality stuff, from linens to hand soaps. Julien provides great recommendations from restaurants to places to visit. He also helped us to get a reliable transport to the airport. Thanks Julien for a great experience at Cap Ferrat!

I want with my Wife for Anniversary and the space was even better than the pictures. Form the 360 ocean views to the hikes you can do across the city. This place is spectacular. I highly recommend.

Lovely apartment in a private part of Villefranche. Delia was very quick to respond to any questions. Beautiful balcony with port views. Could sit there for hours! Nothing against the property or owner but would suggest either having a car or using taxis as very hilly with suitcases to walk. Would definitely recommend!

We loved staying at Jd&Al's place. They were so warm and welcoming and their place is beautiful, so tastefully decorated. Saint Cap Jean Ferrat was lovely to walk around at the end of our trip and we enjoyed cooking dinner in the kitchen on our last night. Wouldn't change a thing.

We had a great time! The welcome was warm, Mélanie and Alexandre were very available and attentive. The accommodation is perfectly in line with the description: well arranged, very well equipped and ideally located. Everything was together to have a good stay. I mean…. WOW. This will be one of those places that forever will stay with us. The views and the location. Looks like a painting. There’s tons of things to do in the area. You walk out and it’s restaurants. The clock tower is kind of a small attraction in itself. The photos really is just as it looks. The only thing I wish was different was I wish the place had better linen/bedding. The primary bedroom is a bunk bed so we just stayed in the pull out couch. But the bedding on them looks a little dated. But that’s just a small detail. Everything else was amazing. The host was very responsive and also checked in on us but never overwhelmingly. Would recommend this place to others. Us others have said tho pack light because it’s a lot of stairs! but well worth it!!

We had a wonderful stay at Joseph’s place. It is clean, quiet, practical, and offers a spectacular view of sea! It is very convenient to go to all the various parts of the Côte d’Azur. Julien is very responsive and Joseph is very friendly and helpful. Joseph was very kind to go out of his way to give us a ride home once even. I highly recommend Joseph’s place to anyone looking for a lovely retreat in the riviera.

We had a great stay. The apartment was incredibly clean and the Mountain View’s were incredible. Waking up to the birds chirping outside was a great start to the day. It’s very close to the bus and train station. We managed to get around really easily. There are loads of nice restaurants nearby and a beautiful local bakery around the corner from the apartment. We would definitely visit again.

The place is very cute. Philip is very kind and prepared everything for our stay to be very pleasant. I totally recommend staying there if you go to Monaco

We had a wonderful few days. The best part is the view on the sea which is absolutely fabulous. Best place to relax, to have some food, a nice enjoyable drink. Apartment is also very well equipped, especially the kitchen. There is no air conditioning, but much better to dive in the swimming pool or the sea (first access at the end of a few steps) if you need to cool down. From there we did a few beautiful day trip to Cannes, Nice and Monaco, all easy to reach, and enjoyed taking the time to go by the road by the sea. Roberto was also available before and during our trip to provide very good instructions and advices (like local restaurants). Always available and always provided a friendly answer. And thanks for the paddle board which allowed us to visit nearby beaches.

Everything was great, the only detail was the lack of a curtain in one of the windows.

Raymond and Anne share with guests their beautiful home, but they are exceptionally warm, interesting, and charming people to meet. It was an excellent combination for a magical and memorable vacation to Monaco. I would not go back unless we can stay with them again! Besides the amazing views, refreshing pool and clean jacuzzi, there were even fireworks several of the nights over the bay! Our hosts generously left wine, snacks, and coffee in the unit, as well as a fully stocked bathroom. More than anything, we really loved spending time with them. Highly recommend this AirBnB!

Very nice location, the house is quiet and beautiful, suitable for a holiday to slowly enjoy the surrounding beauty, the interior is fully equipped, clean, everything is just right, the owner replied in time, and recommended the use of various facilities around.The most surprising thing is that there are many delicious and scenic restaurants in the nearby ancient city. There are new expectations every day😚. It is highly recommended for self-driving travelers.

Lovely apartment that is 10 minute stroll from restaurants and bars on the harbour front. Very clean, tidy and well decorated. The outside space and retractable doors provide amazing outside / inside space. Miguel was easily contactable, providing clear directions and met us at the property for checkin. Aldi supermarket 1 minute walk has all immediate needs. Parking is free on street however not always guaranteed immediately outside. Would highly recommend

Great apartment! Close to the train station, very convenient. We loved the loft side and the icing on the cake, the jacuzzi, so welcome!!! I would recommend without a second thought.
