The Airbnb was beautifully designed, a perfect blend of high end finishes and laid back, bohemian French Riviera charm. The modern kitchen, complete with stylish Smeg refridgerator, had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We felt like locals the moment we arrived and instantly felt at home. Gorgeous panoramic views of the bay and we enjoyed espresso and crossaints from our terrace every morning. The apartment is centrally located with easy access to neighboring towns like Nice, Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, Monaco, and Cannes. The train station is less than a 10 minute walk away, and we were just minutes away from great restaurants and the beach. I accidentally booked my stay for the wrong days and Arne was so understanding and accomodating, we were able to stay another night without any issues. The only thing to note is that the stairs to the second story are quite steep and stairwell is a bit dark. If you are traveling with large luggage, pack light or be prepared to carry them up.

Nice location, close to what we needed in Saint -Jean-Cap-Ferrat. Clear, comprehensive and honest description of everything, including parking in the underground garage (it is okay for a small car, but very challenging for a economy size and bigger. In low season you may find a street parking place. In other periods - I can't imagine what to do except going to paid parking in the port, which is less than 5 minutes walk.

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment in Villefranche-Sur-Mer. The location is very convenient and lots of amenities are only walking distance. Having just been renovated it is in perfect condition, very clean and with all modern fixtures. The view from the balcony is beautiful and there is a lot of natural light coming in, we felt very comfortable and "at home" there!

This apartment was great for our short visit to Monaco. It was a short walk from the train station and the check-in instructions were very clear. The apartment had everything we needed and the host gave us recommendations on a variety of different things to do in the area. Everything is within walking distance that you want to see, whether that is visit the Monte Carlo casino or take a walk down to the marina and take in the views of the city. I would recommend this apartment and would definitely stay here again.

Lovely apartment looking out over the trees and forest. Great terass that we used a lot. Apartment had everything we needed and it was well equipped. Easy instructions for the check in. The approach to the property is a bit difficult from the time but well worth it when you get there. Very quiet and nice neighbourhood. Thank you Christine 🙏

Ideal apartment for a stay by the sea , very clean accommodation, ideally located close to shops . A bike path is at the bottom of the property to reach Nice or Antibes. The accommodation itself is very well appointed and convenient with private parking space. The bedding is comfortable. I will come back without hesitation. Thanks to Mylène and Gilbert.

We had a great stay at the apartment. It was spacious enough for four adults, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. Kevin is a great host—friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

John's apartment was the perfect base for a week in the riviera with a young child. We ate breakfast and dinner on the terrace each day, taking advantage of the beautiful view, and finished most days with a dip in the pool. The bus stop outside was ideal for trips to Villefranche, Cap Ferrat, Beaulieu and Monaco, while a short walk past the port took us to the train station for Antibes and Cannes. The apartment was well-appointed, and John was very helpful in coordinating retrieval of a toy our son had dropped onto the balcony below. Alex, the agent, was also on hand to provide local travel advice. One of the best Airbnbs we've stayed in - thanks!

This luxury apartment is tastefully furnished and offers all the comforts. The spacious terrace with a nice jacuzzi is a wonderful place to stay, even during the winter months. Various fitness equipment is available and the sauna and rain shower complete the feeling of well-being. Host Roselyne and her husband Gérard know how to strike a perfect balance between offering privacy to guests and being available to answer any questions they may have. As guests, we felt very pampered. This property is highly recommended, but we would prefer to keep it a secret. 😉

Me and my partner thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Cagnes-sur-Mer and would certainly recommend this apartment to others. The check-in when we arrived was helped by Michael, who waited to meet with us after our evening flight to show us the facilities of the accommodation. This made it a lot easier for us. The apartment itself was in a fantastic location and it is in a quiet neighbourhood. The swimming pool was a nice addition and we took full advantage of it during the nice weather! The room was clean, the kitchen facilities were really handy and the balcony was a lovely space to relax in. The TV and WiFi were also very reliable. Despite the bed being comfortable, it did make a squeaking noise whenever we moved in it. Also, the curtains still allowed the light to enter the room after sunrise - so I would suggest bringing an eye mask if you think this would be an issue for you. Overall, we were more than happy with our stay and would highly recommend to friends and family.

We had a wonderful week at Marie-Jo's apartment in Antibes. Everything your heart desires is available, nothing is missing! From coffee machine, towels, bottle opener, ironing board to washing machine and a more than well-equipped kitchen. The balcony has been our highlight, the view extends to Nice and further to the Alps - every magical!! The apartment is 45-55 minutes' walk to the city. There's something you need to walk. But there are also bicycles that you can rent in the city for 10€ a day, because there are more than enough bike paths. We had a wonderful stay! :)

We had a wonderful stay! Really enjoyed the beautiful balcony, pool, local park and bakery. Walkable to the port and around the hill to Nice. It is uphill on the way back which is walkable but we used taxi since we had a 4yr old, stroller and backpack. The host was incredibly patient when our flight was delayed and we arrived later than expected. We'd love to return in the future 🥰

Sandrine was very proactive and communicative. She showed up personally right upon our arrival to give us the key and a brief orientation on where to find things and how to access the pool. The home and the setting were simply beautiful and well worth what we paid. The setting was very private but was fairly far from old Nice. If you enjoy exercise and like to walk it will be perfect for you, there is also a supermarket just 100 meters away down the hill from Mont Boron. All in all a truly wonderful place and great experience!
