Monthly Rentals in Beau Repos

The AirBnB is situated above La Roque-Gageac with a breathtaking view of the valley across to Domme. The interior of the house is lovely and very well stocked / furnished. Whilst you do need a car or bike to access the surrounding area, this is the case generally for the region, and the house is actually perfectly located right in the heart of a cluster of interesting places to visit, all within 10-20 min drive. Eve lives in the main house next door and is a lovely host. She was extremely helpful, and we felt as though the AirBnB space was private and our own. The pool was particularly welcome after a hot day. We would recommend lunches at Jardin de Marqueyssac and Les Courtines; and dinner at Lou Toupi (all very nearby). In terms of day trips, Domme, Beynac and Castelnaud are within easy reach. We will definitely be staying again.

A gorgeous old stone house with chic updates. We only used 3 bedrooms and they were all comfortable with modern baths. Many places to gather, especially outside. The living room was lovely and welcoming. The farnhouse kitchen was very well supplied. The pool house was to die for and we had cocktails and even dinner there one evening. The views! Gorgeous, with castles and hot air balloons. The hosts live on site and were delightful when we ran across them but very discreet. It definitely felt like “our” property. Nothing negative to say, and we were blessed with fabulous weather! It’s in the heart of the must see towns along the Dordogne, with many restaurants and sights within 5-10 minutes. Marion and Adrien were responsive to all our needs and made us feel like welcome guests in their home and business.

We had a fabulous week staying at Carol's. It's quiet and clean and Carol was lovely, making sure we had all we needed. We walked to the splendid Beynac castle and village from there. And it's a short drive to the wonderful, extensive Marquessac gardens where we did yoga and the terrifying but not to be missed via ferrata. We canoeing and hired bikes from Castlenaud for a circuit through the lovely medieval town of Domme. And Lascaux caves are easily within reach and well worth a visit. Loved the birdsong. My partner, who doesn't generally like cats, even liked Carol's cat. I recommend it.
