Monthly Rentals in Bear Creek Lake Park, Lakewood

Starting with Kevin was great. Easily accessible and exactly how described. He was a very responsive host including us being locked out because we extended our stay and the code was no longer good. He had the door unlocked for us as I was messaging him about it.

Perfect spot for our Red Rocks concert night! The house was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. The host went above and beyond by letting us check in early at 11am and stay later than the normal checkout time, which made the whole experience much smoother. Super convenient location and a cozy place to come back to after the show. Would definitely stay here again!

Casey is a great host and we enjoyed our stay there. We had a few minor issues which she addressed promptly and completely. She went above and beyond by providing us with a new set of pots, and a beautiful, comfortable office chair. It is definitely a cozy retreat and we especially enjoyed the electric fireplace. Would stay there again!

Great place to stay at and affordable for the area. If I had to pick the best thing, I would say that the hosts were wonderful to work with! Instructions were clear and everything is laid out in the apartment. They were super responsive to all of my questions and were willing to accommodate my personal situation. Would recommend this place for anyone that needs a one bedroom apartment in the area and I would totally stay here again!
