The bedroom opens out to a covered deck, and the full kitchen has a covered area with a large outdoor dining table and gas BBQ. Up the steps to the bathroom with a fresh, waterless, European electric toilet. Close to nature, beaches, markets, walks, cafes and fun.

Brand new cabin, self-contained with bathroom and kitchenette, including fridge/freezer. Caravan available for an additional 2 people (shared bathroom with cabin) Private, sunny, outdoor deck, covered pergola, parking and BBQ. Linen, towels provided. Kayaks, paddleboard, lifejackets available for free use. Jetski may be avail upon request.

Tui Bush Cabin

Take a short drive (approx 3kms) up the valley from Ngunguru to Tui Bush Cabin. This is where you can relax amongst the native bush, and listen to the tui's chatter from dawn till dusk. Our beautiful small wooden cabin comprises of a fitted kitchen with a 4 burner gas hob, convection microwave, toaster, jug, refrigerator and sink. A drop leaf table and chair. A double bed with sheets and duvet. Separate bathroom with flush toilet, basin and shower. Outside decking with table and chairs.

The Tawnys Gatehouse

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis.This recently established little (15 sq metre cabin plus separate bathroom and deck 16sq metres ) has magnificent views down to Tore Tore Island and across the bay to Paihia and Waitangi perfect for that short getaway. Close the oversized solid timber gate for complete privacy for your cabin and deck. Enjoy a drink and cook a snack on the outside covered barbeque. A beautiful quiet spot to enjoy a weekend or midweek getaway.

Escape to our modern private cabin, filled with natural light, breathtaking ocean and bush views. Features a Queen bed, Double bed-settee, en-suite, toaster, jug and microwave. There's a large North facing sunny deck for relaxation. 2 min drive to Central Paihia. Perfect for a peaceful getaway. Easy boat parking with ample space available. Our Cabin is suitable for a maximum 2 adults and 2 children over 2yrs old, trampoline for the children to burn off some energy.

Set on a small lifestyle block just 10 minutes drive from Waipu Cove beach and 6-7 minutes from iconic Waipu Village. One bedroom with Queen-size bed, plus separate lounge area with a large, sprawling couch for relaxing & taking in the surrounds. Outdoor seating area to sit and enjoy a cup of tea & while taking in the view across the valley.

Moonrise was inspired by the movies of Wes Anderson. You will find it down a private country road in a garden filled with many birds who visit from the bush and nearby wetlands. At night the sky is full of stars. We have carefully crafted the cabins to provide a quirky off grid life and a tranquil experience where you can recharge in nature, read or play boardgames. The beach, along with shops and cafes are a 7 minute drive away and bush walks are just up the road.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located place. We are so close to several beautiful beaches, including Waipu Cove, Uretiti, Ruakaka, Langs Beach and Mangawhai. Come 'home' to a really peaceful, private cabin situated in a pretty leafy garden with a fabulous outdoor space - deck, lawn, bathtub, firepit. Rest up, then a few minutes walk will take you to our local pub, restaurants and infamous Pizza Barn and Brewery.
