Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Bay Of Islands

We had a wonderful stay at John’s place!! The house is amazing and the views of the ocean are just incredible. John’s home is very comfortable and well furnished, and we took advantage of the hot tub and the kayaks - those things made a nice stay even better. We appreciated all of the great outdoor space and the well stocked kitchen (probably the best stocked kitchen we’ve ever had at an Airbnb). John was super host - very responsive, answered all our questions right away and even stopped by with some life jackets for the kayaks. The only small issue we had were some ants in the kitchen when we checked in. John had ant bait available and we used that right away and had no more issues during our stay. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We can’t wait to come back here. We were four couples, two young children. The house and facilities gave everyone plenty of space to relax and enjoy time together. It’s a great space with plenty to do.

We had a wonderful weekend and created some truly beautiful memories in this stunning home. The fireplace was a lovely touch, especially during the chilly mornings and evenings. The kitchen was modern, stylish and very practical, with a massive island bench that worked perfectly for our group. It made cooking and sharing meals together so easy and enjoyable. The hosts were readily available through the Airbnb app whenever we had questions, and they graciously allowed us a slightly later check-out as we were having such a beautiful weekend. The instructions for using the house facilities and checking out were clear and really helpful. The spa pool was amazing and added an extra layer of relaxation to an already perfect weekend. I will definitely be coming back again. Thank you for such a memorable stay.

We really enjoy our stay here, it felt like a home away from home. This place was exactly what we were after, very peaceful and relaxing. The views were out of this world! Would definitely be back, thank you to the hosts for making us feel right at home.

Serene & tranquil with a clear elevated view of the sea. You can watch the sunrise with a hot coffee from the deck. The spa was great. The house is huge and has spacious living and bedrooms. The family loved the place and wished we had booked for longer. Highly recommended.

Myself and two friends found Lyndsay and Maurice's place a tranquil, peaceful place to have a break and get away for a catch up. It was great to be away from the hustle and bustle of Auckland. They are the perfect hosts and we felt right at home. The three of us found the beds extra comfortable. Hilton and Luna had a great time as well. It was so therapeutic looking out at the beautiful view of the water every day. We would definitely like to stay again. Thanks again Lyndsay and Maurice.

Lovely place to stay. Very well equipped. Great for family group of 3 generations. Great views from all rooms and always something happening on estuary. Pool table, spa , pizza oven and kayaks provided great variety of options. Highly recommend

The House has incredible views looking out over the bay. It has a great kitchen and living area. The hot tub and pool are large and clean. And the BBQ was an added bonus. Would highly recommend.

We are delighted with our holiday at Terry’s beautiful home. An incredible view in a position that must be classed as a national treasure! The house is excellent in every way. Super design, spacious rooms highly comfortable beds, a lovely spa pool, highly equipped kitchen and many other great features - all that one can possibly need. Vanessa & Paul's place was prefect for out stay. It met all our expectations and many more. So nice and quiet which we like. Kids really made use to the swimming pool and spa. Plus, also the fire pit was a hit doing s'mores and telling stories and if you love cats take a look around the cattery. Thanks so much Vanessa and Paul for allowing us to share a piece of your home. We will of course recommend your place to our friends and when we are back up it looks like it will be our go too place.
