The Tree House is one of three private off-grid, solar-powered retreats on the property (Tree House, Pītokuku, and Ruru), all connected by scenic bush trails and just a five-minute walk to Medlands Beach. Designed for a true indoor-outdoor experience, the kitchen, living area, main bedroom, and outdoor space are linked by a wraparound deck and bridge to a bunk house, featuring a queen room and four bunks. Unwind with WiFi, a Sonos sound system, and a bathroom that opens to the tree canopy..

Welcome to Saltwater Stay. Unwind in a private room with stunning views of Tryphena Harbour. The room includes a Queen bed, private courtyard, sea view balcony, fridge, tea/coffee facilities, and BBQ area. Perfect for both relaxing weekends and adventurous travelers, with fishing, surfing, and hiking nearby. The drive requires a 4x4 vehicle. If you don't have your own, we can help organise a car hire during your stay. Alternatively, pick up & drop off shuttles are available on the island.

A 100 metre walk takes you to a wharf for swimming, fishing and exploring the harbour and coastline.

Our special retreat-like bach is tucked away up a drive overlooking Pa Beach. Hidden from the street, it has massive 270 degree bush and sea views, sunsets over the bay and native birds playing around you. This modernised home is set up for comfort - with uber comfy beds & couches, a fully equipped kitchen. You can easily recluse, escape the noise, nestle in and relax.

Mason Canyon

A unique & very private mini-estate only mins from Medlands Beach. Surrounded by native bush in a sheltered sound shell—a small funky Californian bungalow will be your base.
