This place was truly exceptional, one of the best stays we have ever had. Everything was exactly as described or even better. Check-in was smooth and simple, and the location is absolutely magical. The house is spacious, spotless, and beautifully furnished. The huge TV and incredibly comfortable sofa made relaxing in the evenings a real treat, and the kitchen is fully equipped with high quality appliances that made cooking a pleasure. The views from the property are absolutely breathtaking, and having the beach just down a few steps felt like a private paradise. Every detail has been thoughtfully arranged to make guests feel at home. We felt instantly relaxed and completely at peace here. This is a rare find, and we are so glad we discovered it. I cannot recommend this Airbnb highly enough, and we are already dreaming of coming back.

It is a fabulous place to stay for families and the additional equipment that they have for the families to use is amazing. The setting is glorious and outlook is stunning. The Bay its self is very safe for children to undertake water activities. The hosts were lovely and went above and beyond with additional options for linen because of the rainy weather conditions. We would have no hesitation in booking to stay again.

Myself and two friends found Lyndsay and Maurice's place a tranquil, peaceful place to have a break and get away for a catch up. It was great to be away from the hustle and bustle of Auckland. They are the perfect hosts and we felt right at home. The three of us found the beds extra comfortable. Hilton and Luna had a great time as well. It was so therapeutic looking out at the beautiful view of the water every day. We would definitely like to stay again. Thanks again Lyndsay and Maurice.

Absolutely beautiful spot right on the beach. House was very well equipped and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and plenty of room for our 12 guests. Loved the bedroom above the garage as an extra space for kids to play, and also the easy access to the beach was perfect for the kids to play while we could watch them from the deck. Cool to see weka birds wandering around the area too!

This Bach hidden away along the north coast of nz is stunningly breathtaking! 360degree views, islands, boats, sunsets, the calm Pacific Ocean, birds, dolphins, completely private and you’re own gorgeous beach! What more can you ask for really??? We were two but the bach comfortably fits more! And has everything you need! We will definitely keep coming back! What a rare find! Absolutely beautiful ocean views! Had the most relaxing time away with friend and we came back refreshed! Waking up to the stunning sun rises and sound of the ocean did wonders. Plenty of swimming spots close to the house, and the house was clean, spacious and well stocked with all the kitchen essentials plus more! Would recommend staying here to anyone looking for a spacious, modern house get away that’s private and close to beaches.

This home is awesome, so close to everything and has everything you need. Unfortunately, the pool heating wasn't playing ball but we were able to take advantage of the spa.

We loved this Ruakaka holiday home. It was so warm and homely with a perfect layout, super clean, comfy beds and we loved the set up of the garage. Even though the weather wasn't great, we jumped in the pool. This place would be so epic in summer. Sarah was the perfect host, super responsive.

Ideal for our group of golfing guys looking for a comfortable house with individual beds and close to all local amenities. Awesome outdoor area to have an end of day catchup before walking into Paihia for dinner. The next time we head north we will want to stay here again.

The house was immaculate. It was clean, lots of photos of their family, well maintained, and the host was very nice. Because we booked uring easter, there were little easter treats that we found the next day. Their cat Henry is the most friendliest cat we've ever seen and he's gorgeous too. They've got a beautiful house and it's very well maintained. Host was super considerate and helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here!!!

Epic place for family trip. Pool used multiple times a day, big lawn for running around. Nicely decorated and all the amenities you need.

Immaculate lil getaway. A place to die for! You wouldn’t believe how happy my little ones were when arrived. This beautiful spot was one of those place’s we did NOT want to leave. It was super cosy, refreshing and peaceful. The views are absolute perfection to take in, watching the sun set and rise was a definite highlight. I loved the layout and it felt exactly like a home away from home. There are no other words to express how thrilled my family and I were with our stay. Honestly wished we had extended it, but we know for sure we will be back. Thank you so much for being a wonderful host Anne, until next time!

We had a wonderful weekend and created some truly beautiful memories in this stunning home. The fireplace was a lovely touch, especially during the chilly mornings and evenings. The kitchen was modern, stylish and very practical, with a massive island bench that worked perfectly for our group. It made cooking and sharing meals together so easy and enjoyable. The hosts were readily available through the Airbnb app whenever we had questions, and they graciously allowed us a slightly later check-out as we were having such a beautiful weekend. The instructions for using the house facilities and checking out were clear and really helpful. The spa pool was amazing and added an extra layer of relaxation to an already perfect weekend. I will definitely be coming back again. Thank you for such a memorable stay.

Fantastic place. Very well placed for the beaches and only a short drive into Mangonui for restaurants. Very comfortable beds, beautiful bathrooms. Highly recommended.

We felt very privileged to have had the opportunity to experience such beauty the peacefulness of the greenery the mountains, and the view from the outside deck ,beautifully set up so well thought out , from the furniture to the spa, that we had the opportunity to see the sunset from,so super special , the photos wow! exceptional, memories for a lifetime. We loved the accomodation it was very welcoming, a well equipped kitchen that we used every night, as it inspired me to cook recipes I had not for years.
