Holiday rentals with a patio in Bay Head

Michael and Jennifer were amazing to work with. They were beyond accommodating and extremely friendly and attentive. The place was absolutely beautiful. Everything seemed new and updated. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

This place is a fantastic location for anyone who is a fan of the Jersey Shore show. It’s right next to the house and the shore store, and so many things to do on the board walk. We had a wonderful time during our stay. Jack and Vivian were hosts

Karen was a great host! The apartment was exactly as shown and described in the pictures. Perfect walking distance to local restaurants and attractions; we had a toddler with us so instead we took a quick drive right into town. The pool was perfect as was the outside seating area. Karen was very accommodating with some last minute changes we needed. Karen was easily accessible if we had any questions or needed assistance. 10/10, already looking forward to our next stay.

beautiful location! the bay beach right outside is so peaceful and was perfect for our toddler. the views are amazing and the neighborhood is so peaceful. apartment was perfect for what we needed. had all amenities. Ronald was so responsive. Walking distance to great restaurants and such a bikable area. our pack and play perfectly fit in this space

Myra’s place was the perfect spot for a weekend beach getaway! She was responsive, friendly and so helpful. The space was exactly as described - cozy, sweet, and functional. A really nice place to shower and hangout after some good beach time.

Super cute apartment that’s super close to the boardwalk and various restaurants. Carmen was fantastic with communicating and answered any and every question. Check in was super easy and smooth! We were met at the apartment, shown parking spots, and given a code to gain access to the apartment. Check out was just as easy!

This beautiful home looks just like the pictures. It is within walking distance to the beach. Our favorite part of the home was the wrap around porch with the retractable screen gates, so our fur baby got to enjoy the views as well. Home is just as listed, clean and newly remodeled everything that you need is there except for your sheets and towels. We come to Point Pleasant yearly and have definitely found our new spot. It is in an ideal location close to the town staples Spano’s, Joe Leone’s, and of course Arnold Ave. Tina is very responsive and helpful! Definitely give this place a try!

Perfect home for our family. Best location and stocked with everything you could possibly need in kitchen. Long driveway to accommodate multiple cars. Jacob is super responsive. Home is a gem. So close to the best town on shore. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and beautiful park. Wish I owned the property!

Vallyn was so responsive and helpful with everything we needed. It is a very large place with PLENTY of glasses, silverware, plates, etc (which is not always the case in these larger homes). The house is on the older side, so some of the handles are loose while some doors stick - but it was perfect for our needs and we had a great stay - would recommend.

We loved staying at Amanda's place in Belmar! I live close by, but I had 4 friends (and 2 babies!) coming into town so I needed a place that could comfortably fit everyone for a girls' weekend. Amanda's house was exactly as described - clean, comfy, well-decorated, and well-appointed with everything you'd need. We also found the location to be very convenient/walkable. If you turn left out of the house, you're about a 10 min walk to Main St. If you turn right, you're about a 10 min walk to the beach. (There's also a playground about 2 blocks away.) Definitely recommend for a weekend (or longer) at the Jersey Shore!

The property itself was truly beautiful! We absolutely LOVED the house. It was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The space itself was everything we had hope for. However, we found the guest policy to be quite restrictive. Not being able to have any company over, even briefly, during our stay was really disappointing and made our time there feel more restrictive than enjoyable. While we appreciated the quality of the home, the guest policies unfortunately made it difficult for us to feel truly at ease, and that’s something we’d want to consider before booking again.

Brand new house, place was spotless. The house was fully stocked with everything you could think of. Backyard is great and fenced in. Plenty of space to hang out and relax. Would definitely book again, Pamela checked in on us daily during our stay with flexible check in/out.

It’s half a block from the beach, which is perfect. The home was nice clean and organized. The host was great to deal with.

Thoughtfully appointed and centrally located just blocks from campus, this home was the ideal stay for our short visit. We especially appreciated the nice quality bath products and small touches throughout. Would definitely stay again.

We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and Danielle's flexibility with our needs since we were coming from out of state. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. This was especially important since the weather was not great during our stay, so we spent a lot of time in the condo.

Our second stay at Charleen's place. It checks every box for me..clean, bright, airy. Plenty of room for my family and a perfect porch with a view of the ocean for morning coffee or an evening cocktail. Charleen reached out to us to make sure we were comfortable. Who could ask for more! Thank you!

We have stayed at this property in past. There have been many improvements done to the upstairs unit. New furniture and updated bathrooms were a very pleasant surprise. The view is spectacular from many locations in the unit. I look forward to my next stay at this beautiful unit.

This is the perfect place! Felt so comfy & cozy. Had towels, and shampoo body wash.. just great. Michael even provided coffee, and a coffee maker. Was MORE than I thought it could ever be staying at an Airbnb!!! I’ve had airbnbs where they don’t accommodate you like this airbnb and host does. Michael checked up on me and made sure I was good consistently. Made me feel soo comfortable. Clean and modern place. I can’t wait to book with Michael again!!🫶🏼

Great location next to the Park entrance, exceptionally clean, great interior design, welcome treats, nice balcony to relax, covered safe parking, shed with folding chairs and other stuff for children, great communication, positive and welcoming attitude.

Our stay was fantastic! Megan and Todd’s place had all the amenities we could possibly need, and we also LOVED the patio and close proximity to the beach. Megan and Todd were responsive, friendly, and accommodating. Ty!
