The apartment is beautifully situated and it's location is convenient for tourist attractions e.g. Roman Baths and restaurants. When I texted Natalie she responded straight away and my issue/query was resolved. My family and I enjoyed our stay which was enhanced by the lovely Airbnb.

Clean upon our arrival and ideal for our long term stay to include adequate kitchen essentials to prepare meals at home. The bed was firm and comfortable. Water pressure was great with unlimited hot water. WiFi was consistently reliable with no outages. This was a perfect location - walkable to restaurants, groceries, mass transit, and everything in Bath. Nearby paid parking was available for our rental car. Host communication was fantastic and thank you.

Great location, easy walking distance of the city centre which has numerous shops, cafes and restaurants. The flat is spacious and clean. We were able to park easily - I was little concerned as it is resident zone parking, but it was no problem. The canal is also within easy walking distance (although uphill!) and makes for a very enjoyable stroll! The TV is internet rather than terrestrial which we'd not come across before and Steve was very helpful in resolving a connection issue and showing us how it worked. Great stay.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Jane Austen’s former home—charming, quirky, and full of character. The apartment is beautifully restored with a perfect mix of historic detail and modern comfort. From flagstone floors and Georgian panelling to surround sound and a rainfall shower, every space is thoughtfully designed. We especially loved the light-filled kitchen overlooking a rose-filled courtyard and the cozy, art-filled living spaces. The location is ideal, right across from the Holburne Museum and Sydney Gardens, and Maxwell was a fantastic host—warm, responsive, and attentive. Sitting at the wooden desk, it was easy to channel your inner Austen, finding inspiration here. A peaceful, welcoming home that made us feel both transported and completely at ease.
