Zugang zu Fuss zur Wohnung ist gewährleistet. Mit dem Auto nur noch über eine Querstrasse zugänglich. Die Bauzeit ist in 3 Etappen bis Ende 2026 geplant.

A nice studio located on Place de la Réunion with its terrace in the city center just in front of the St. Etienne Temple which will give you access to the pedestrian streets. A profusion of restaurants, shops, museums, etc. The TGV train station is a 10-minute walk away, there is outdoor and underground public parking 30 meters away. Highway access 10 min drive to Colmar, Freiburg and Basel.

The large and bright flat is located on the third and fourth floors. If you want to experience the city up close, the flat on Spalenberg is ideally located. It is a 2-minute walk to the market square and another 2 minutes to the Rhine. If you want to go to the cinema or theatre in the evening, everything is within walking distance. The flat is divided over 2 floors and is very quiet.
