I loved the home , our stay was very nice and peaceful experience being. The host was very kind and flexible with our needs ! Very happy with our stay !

great place and I loved being able to bring our dogs. they loved the gated yard to run around in while we chilled in the hot tub. we'd love to visit sometime in the summer to check out more of the lake activities.

This was my second time staying at this lakehouse, and it was just as great as I remembered. I absolutely love the peaceful surrounding area—it's a perfect spot to relax and enjoy nature. The hosts were very responsive and helpful, answering any questions I had right away. Everything in the listing was exactly as described, and the check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. I’m already looking forward to coming back again!

The Cabin was super cute and just as described. Every time I reached out with a question or request, Amanda responded promptly and helpfully. Would definitely book again.

The place was beautiful. The house is a bit old but we didn’t mind it, it made it feel homey in a way. My friends and I loved the hot tub, would love to come back again.

Love the rustic feel of the place, easily accessible amenities. Small and intimate, but also enough room for a couple.

We had a lovely stay at Cottage 3! The cottage was clean, calm, comfortable, and had a beautiful view! It was just a staircase away from the lake which was so helpful with kids. There were kayaks, paddle boards, floats, and much more which provided endless entertainment for us and our kids ranging from 2-11 years old. Amanda was so friendly, great at communication, and always available for whatever we needed. It’s a great place to stay!

This is a small cabin, but well laid out. Be aware that there is a short walk from the busy parking lot, but not over far and it’s an easy path. The cabin is clean, quiet and right on the water. We brought two dogs and they loved the place. There is a water bowl in a cabinet by the door. Nothing to beat it in the area, and Jennifer was nothing but helpful. Would stay again.

You will not find a better host! I stay in a lot of Air BandB's and she truly was communicative, kind, easy to access and accommodating. This location is prime and the fact that you can bring your dog and have CUTE pop out holes for them to peek out - WOW! You can't go wrong with the convenience and location!

We had an amazing time at this cottage! From the start, the hosts were excellent communicators and all the instructions were clear. When we got there, everything was clean and as described/seen in pictures. The area was beautiful and we absolutely love the scenery and how much we could do at the cottage. By far, the BEST Airbnb we’ve been to- and we’ve been to several. Thanks for having us! We would love to come back.

Stayed 3 nights to visit family in area. Cute, cozy, and, quiet area that fit our needs perfectly. Everything you need in house for a longer stay and, everything was really clean upon entering house! Beds were comfortable too! The backyard was great for our german shep to play ball, which it's so hard to do when staying in a hotel. Jess was very responsive, super friendly and a pleasure to deal with! Convenient location and walkable to downtown and the shops! Would definitely stay again! :)

Rachel’s place was perfect for our stay! Really cute home and Rachel was so friendly, helpful, and willing to help with whatever we needed (plus her dogs Schatzi and Chicago were amazing hosts too). The house was fully stocked and bedroom was very nice! We visited for the weekend to explore Chicago and go to a concert and we had a great time. Thank you Rachel!

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful, historic cottage and would highly recommend it. The host has thought of everything to make your experience one full of beauty, comfort, fun, relaxation and ease. As a writer and artist looking for a small town, private retreat, it was a perfect location and living experience, very inspiring and productive. Williams Bay is charming, with great local services including a convenient yoga studio, grocery and salon--all within walking distance of the gorgeous lakefront. This is a gem.

We had a great stay in Twin Lakes near Mary Lake. The home was very clean and the area was quiet. The beds linens and pillows were very comfortable. We had enough room for 7. Two baths and laundry worked out great. There was a nice patio and fire pit to use. It was walkable to the small town of Twin Lakes. Although we did not visit the local establishments this time. We had friends to visit in Lindenhurst which was an easy 30 minute drive into IL We would recommend this location for anyone visiting southern WI and northern IL. Supplies were minimal but sufficient for making meals at the house. There was a gas grill available as well. We hope to visit again sometime.

This cottage was a perfect place for long term intensive physical therapy. The kitchen was well-equipped for us to do our own meals, the washer and dryer were a plus, there was a comfortable sitting area and wifi to handle zoom calls and a well-maintained yard/garden/patio to enjoy. A great balance of privacy and connection with the owners and their pup. Highly recommend this place!!

Great secluded place to stay. We didn’t see any peacocks but we did have a bunch of turkeys and a teeny tiny deer. We didn’t realize the house was tucked back behind another house but Ben was quick with a response and the owner of the house in front (Rob) was gracious with helping us find our way. The backyard was quiet and exactly what we were looking for. We couldn’t get the WiFi to work but it didn’t matter. Thanks for allowing us to stay in your home!

Would highly recommend staying here! The place is incredible with beautiful views of the river! We had a wonderful weekend getaway at their river house. It was quiet and had everything we needed with downtown Yorkville minutes away. No complaints about anything! Would suggest this spot to anyone who needs a place to stay whether they are in town visiting or just want a place to escape for a weekend it serves many purposes!

My wife and I have been active on Airbnb for several years and we've experienced quite a few wonderful rentals; however, Susan's place stands out for several reasons. Her rental was exquisitely clean, very comfortable, and filled with little touches that made it feel like home. One not so little "touch" was the brand new massage chair in the living room - what a wonderful surprise! We loved luxuriating in that chair after our visits to the Bristol Ren Faire.

Very great get away I’m a fisherman and caught some really big fish. Water was clean lots to do on the chain of lakes. Only 9 mins from McDonald’s and Walmart in case anyone needs last minute stuff. Chris and Shannon were very knowledgeable of the area. Great place for peace. Sunset is on bedroom window side. (Loved to see this as I was just getting up) neighbors were friendly. Love the fact we had water toys like paddle boat kayaks and paddle board for use even though I didn’t use them I was fishing my 3 days there. There’s a dock and water at dock is about 2’-3’. Would highly recommended them. Overall it was a great stay and will be coming back again. To all who is looking at this you will love this environment. I consider this place a happy place getaway. Caught cat fish, drum,bass,,walleye Maybe rent a boat and explore the chain of lakes next time. Thank you Shannon and Chris for the great experience

Beautiful waterfront property and cozy cottage. The house is minutes from the train station so you can plan a trip to the city without the traffic. The lake is full of pelicans, ducks and geese and I never tired of watching them. The driveway is an absolute adventure! We took turns riding in the back and front of our rental mini van so we could all experience the incline. You’ll be fine-just do it-it’s fun! The neighborhood and surrounding areas are beautiful and there’s plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. There is limited cabinet and refrigerator space so don’t over buy groceries like we did and there’s no ice. Bring trays or buy a bag if you need this. The fire pit was used and we got firewood at Home-depot along with s’mores sticks. The house is stocked with everything needed and we had an amazing time and made unforgettable memories and were comfortable and surrounded by beautiful scenery.

Josh is a great host, very responsive. The lakehouse is a cute weekend getaway. The sunsets are gorgeous and the house is cozy and heats up well (we stayed when it was chilly outside).
