This property was perfect for our group of 18. Everything was just as described; we wanted for nothing. The Cape Cod coastal vibe is perfect. Joshua was a dream to work with, as he answered my many questions in a timely manner. I'm sure I drove him crazy, but he never let on. The heated salt water pool and game room were favorites. We enjoyed them so much, we canceled an activity or two to enjoy them more. The tennis court was another wonderful well-utilized bonus. No one wanted to sit around on their phones with so much to do on the property, as well as, in the area. The beds were comfortable, and I loved the tub in my room so much, I've already ordered one just like it. They provided shampoo, etc...and even aloe, which too many of us needed. The kitchen was also well stocked with essentials. There were many lovely areas to gather, both for dining and living, but we mostly used the outdoor living spaces. I finished our trip on the porch swing, wishing we had booked one more night.

This house and property were charming and beautiful. The location was extremely close to beaches, restaurants, and stores all while being nestled in a quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend!

We have stayed in multiple houses / penthouses throughout the U.S. , however, this home surpassed them all. Jennifer was amazing from the beginning of the booking with answering my questions and went above and beyond to make this special occasion memorable. The house is well equipped! The sounds of birds chirping in the morning , the breeze, and the view of the pond when drinking coffee was so serene. The space in the house was more than I expected with everyone having lots of space to enjoy all the designated areas for playing board games, Video game room( so cool) , reading , watching tv - there was a room for everyone’s enjoyment from our 12 year old, 17, 25, to my 78 year old parents. The well thought out toiletries in every bathroom, spa slippers and robes in each bedroom, ear plugs located by the bedside, laundry room that has labeled racks of beach items and games , kitchen with all its wonderful amenities- I can do on and on. We WILL be back !

We loved are family stay at Paul & Katie’s home for Easter Week. It is a dream home . The neighborhood was beautiful and walkable, with a peaceful path to a private beach. We enjoyed the shops and restaurants in Mashpee Commons about an 8 minute drive away.

This was our second time staying at Paul’s home, and once again had a wonderful experience! Paul and Meredith are welcoming, kind, and friendly. The house is spacious, and has plenty of room for our family to enjoy a week together - relaxing, cooking and playing games. The views are beautiful, and we enjoyed lots of time bird watching and soaking it in. We enjoyed easy access to our favorite Cape restaurants and shopping. This home is perfect for a Cape getaway, and Paul is a fantastic host!

Our stay with Walt was incredible! The place came exactly as described and matched all of the photos. It also had all of the necessary ammenities when hosting large group of 11 people. Plenty of places to sleep, plenty of blankets and towels. Walt was extremely responsive and easy to communicate with when I had questions while we were in his residence. 10/10 would recommend!!

This home was great for our family. The pool and backyard are beautiful, and the house was clean and welcoming. There are a lot of activities in the area. I would stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! Allison was incredibly accommodating, which made settling in easy and stress-free. The house is thoughtfully maintained, cozy, and tastefully decorated, with plenty of space to relax. Even though it rained for most of our trip, we were more than comfortable indoors and still had a great time exploring the area. The location is perfect—tucked between a peaceful lake and a quiet pond, offering a real sense of escape, yet still just a short drive to beaches, restaurants, shops, and anything else you might need on the Cape. It’s a great spot for both relaxing and adventuring. We’d definitely love to come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a special place to stay! Thank you Allison!

It’s always wonderful when what you see in online photos is what you get when you open the front door! Yulia’s home is beautiful with all the comforts of home and conveniently located to the ferries to the islands. Its location allows you to bounce around to various spots on the cape, by car of course :)

Jennifer’s house was great for a long weekend on cape cod! The neighborhood is nice and quiet, perfect for a good walk! A few things to note- the house has blue trim on the outside unlike in the photos. Second, you must bring your own sheets/towels or wash/dry Jennifer’s before check out. Neither of these are a big deal. Everything was very clean overall 10/10 beach house!!

This is an absolutely beautiful rental and location. Cleanest, most pristine location we have been to. Appliances and bathrooms are glimmering. Host is immediately responsive and kind. 10 out of 10 in all respects.

Fantastic delightful stay in our own special little Secret Garden oasis complete with a solarium. The added washer and dryer were a wonderful and convenient perk. Abigail and Aaron were so friendly and helpful. And our little dog absolutely adored having his own private space to run in. It was magnificent to see him so happy because we live in the city and he hasn’t had the freedom to run in a very long time. We hope to be back again very soon.

Mary’s place is clean and spacious . Great for a get away weekend with a group of friends or family vacation. They have a family room on the 1st floor which is great for activities . They also have plenty chairs , tables , and couches in the common area . Neighborhood is very safe and quiet . Will stay again when we come to visit .

Gleidison’s place is awesome! We loved our stay. It is centrally located and within 5 minutes drive to surrounding grocery stores. The hosts are accommodating and friendly.

We loved our stay! It was a great location - we went to Craigsville beach which was a super easy drive. The house was exactly what we were looking for!

My Family and I stayed at Ivy’s cozy Cape Cod home for 2 months. Ivy’s house is very comfortable and clean, the neighborhood is quiet and safe, and Ivy is an excellent host! We would love to come back and stay again during the summer! Thanks Ivy!

This house is in a great location and offers comfortable bedrooms and living areas. The kitchen had everything we needed and we felt right at home in the house. Definitely a recommended stay!

The place was clean and had plenty of space for everyone. it was cute and cozy. It shares a driveway with another property and the dual mailbox can make it harder to find when looking for the house number. The instructions are accurate, it is just in a woodsy area and easily missed. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and quite comfortable. The weather did not cooperate so we might have taken more advantage of the amenities. Thank you for a nice long weekend in Cape Cod!

This property is on another level. It’s the four seasons of Airbnb. It’s such an immaculate place to stay and we loved every part of it. The cleanliness, the high quality of the essentials, the coziness, ambience and so much more was truly worth the stay.

This residence provided a perfect setting for our four generation family reunion. Especially great was the large fenced in back yard with plenty of things for the little children. Any issue or concern was addressed by Pei immediately by text. Driving or flying in from several states created time issues and Pei was good to allow us to access the house prior to our 4pm entry. We just finished a 4 night girls getaway for my Mom’s birthday. We can’t say enough about Adrianna and Tara’s cottage! We felt right @ home and there was such a peaceful vibe to the cottage. We were able to really relax and enjoyed beautiful sunsets with the fire pit going and wrapped in comfy blankets that they provided. They have thought of everything! The sauna experience followed by the outdoor shower was heavenly. We plan to make this an annual trip and this place is a 5+++, such an amazing stay🌸

The house is in a quiet tucked away position, a short walk to the beach, and pleasant 20 minute walk to the town centre where there are numerous shops, cafes, and restaurants. The harbour is slightly further, but still within walking distance. We caught the ferry to Nantucket from there. Tim was very quick to respond to a very minor issue, which Josh kindly called round one evening to fix. We thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay, and would recommend.
