We are so glad we chose to stay at David's place! The location in the village of Albas is beautiful & everything was clean and very comfortable. We also appreciated being able to sit in the garden. It was hot while we were there (34 degrees) but we were very comfortable because it is well-insulated and has shutters and aircon. Highly recommended!

We had three fantastic weeks here with our two dogs! Walking out of the cottage without them having to line up. Peace space privacy nature. The cottage was also very clean, which I had already read in the previous reviews. The bedrooms are spacious, the kitchen is simple, but everything is present. The thick walls of this authentic cottage kept the cool inside. For people with walking difficulties, this cottage may be less suitable, as you have to go up to the front door via a path on the side of the cottage. In the house, everything is on the ground floor. The road to the house is bad ( doable), which has the advantage that there is only a car passing by about once / day. Yvette and Michel are very warm. They only speak French, but they have been hosting Dutch guests for years and therefore come out of it. Their son Bruno also speaks English. By the way, there is wifi now. The price-quality ratio is very good. In short, we highly recommend it!
