Across the street is the subway and bus and you will also find all the services: supermarket, pharmacy, banks, cafes and restaurants, bakeries, .... Magnificent apartment entirely renovated. Gaudir means "enjoy" in Catalan and during your stay in this apartment you will really enjoy Barcelona. From its terrace, the panoramic views over the city will reach from the coast and Montjuïc to the Tibidado Mountain! Located in a central and safe area, well connected by public transport and just a 10-minute walk from the exclusive shops of Paseo de Gracia, the Gaudir apartment will allow you to enjoy an unforgettable stay in Barcelona. The Apartment: Modern, elegant and very bright, the Gaudir apartment is located in a residential building especially suitable for families and groups of adults over 30 years old. Upon entering the apartment, you will have a completely clear view of the living room and kitchen, characterized by careful decoration that immediately conveys a pleasant feeling of home. The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV, and a dining table for 8 people. The kitchen has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing and unforeseen stay. The balcony-terrace has excellent views of Barcelona's rooftops. The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms: two of them have two single beds together (they can be separated upon prior request), closets, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. One of the bedrooms has access to the terrace with views. The third bedroom has two comfortable twin beds and storage space for belongings. The apartment has a parking space for a large car at a cost of €20 per day. In the area, we will find other public parking lots. This apartment is located in a private housing development. The property has concierge service from 8 am to 1 pm and from 5 pm to 7 pm Monday to Friday and Saturdays from 8 am to 1 pm. The basic rules of respect, coexistence, and noise must be complied with so as not to disturb or be disturbed, either inside the apartment or in the common areas of the property. This stunning, central, newly renovated and air-conditioned apartment has 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is located in the heart of Sitges. Only a 1 min walk to the beach and has cafes and bars close by. There is a large living/dining room, brand new, fully equipped kitchen, fibre optic wifi and air-conditioning in the main spaces and two of the bedrooms, and is finished to an impeccable standard. There is a lovely balcony with a table and chairs, the perfect spot for people watching.
