Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Barbat

Mrs. Snjezana's accommodation was really nice and comfortable, clean and in a convenient location to reach the very fine beach of Lopar and the center for the evening, full of shops and attractions for children. The lady is really nice, on our arrival we found in the fridge a bottle of sparkling water, a juice and some very fresh beer, she also delighted us with a nice plate of grapes that is located just outside her veranda. On my baby's birthday she made us find a cake with plates and candles and balloons (she was super), she asked if there was a need to wash the clothes and finally she left us a gift. We recommend it and it is a place we would return to!

We had a wonderful time in the house and Cvijeta and Ivan were always there for our needs!

We spent a total of 6 days with Damir on vacation. The accommodation was extremely outstanding - especially the view with the pool. Since Damir lives right next door, the communication channels were short. Otherwise, everything was super clean and quiet. If we are in the area again, we will definitely come back.

We spent 2 nights in this excellent quality accommodation. You feel very good there, the apartment is new and very cozy. We recommend it without hesitation, plus the hosts are very nice and for cat lovers you will make a lovely little friend 😅

We were warmly greeted on arrival with a lovingly arranged ham and cheese platter, snacks, beer and wine - a great start to the holiday! The accommodation itself was beautiful, modern, very clean and in a fantastic location. The pool was rather knee-deep and more reminiscent of a large whirlpool, but still pleasant for cooling off. The hosts were extremely friendly, helpful and always available. We felt completely comfortable – absolutely recommended!

Renato is a really nice and friendly person. He s always there for you, and help you even out with little things like vinegar (thanks again :)) The appartment was clean and not too far away to the city. Close by you find restaurants and supermarket. It was nice to meet Renato and we enjoyed our stay there.

Had a great and relaxing holiday at Seahouse Veronika. The privacy and direct sea access made for easy snorkelling and paddleboarding. Stipe and Tomislav (and Stefan - Tomislav's brother) were really helpful.

The place was great. Contact was very good. Check-in/check-out hassle-free. The location is great, 1 min to the sea with beautiful clear water. Minor “issues” were resolved right away. For example, the gas bottle for grilling was empty, we immediately got a new one the next day. Great! It was a pity that the awning was missing on the terrace, so it was very warm there during the day, so we put an umbrella from the pool on the terrace. It was also a pity that (as I think) the cleaning ladies really dispose of everything or take it with them. As a result, the kitchen is completely empty. No spices, no oil/vinegar, no pepper/salt….. Normally, I am used to the kitchen having a small basic equipment, or unused food from the previous owner remaining in the apartment. No reason to deduct a star for that :)! Maybe a suggestion for improvement for the future. Still 10/10. Thank you!

The new apartment just as described for 4 people with a double bedroom with wardrobe, a bathroom where there are towels, a living room with double sofa bed and kitchenette (the kitchen has everything you need such as pots and cutlery) and with 2 beautiful terraces, one with a table and chairs for dining with a sea view, splendid!!! You can walk to Barbat beach in 2 minutes, a 5-minute walk away there is a small supermarket, however by car in 5-10 minutes there are several larger supermarkets and also restaurants. The city of Rab is a 10-minute drive; the beaches can be reached by car from 10 min to 30 min. I spent a week alone with 3 children and I had a great time both for the accommodation and to visit the beaches of the island. I'll be back!!!!

A very nice week! We had a incredibly hot time on Rab and were grateful for blinds, air conditioning and the small but fine and well-kept pool. The apartment has everything you need, is spacious and nicely divided. The mats are divine! The balcony is lovely. A view, like from a tower, to the sea, the starry sky and to the beautiful old town of Rab. We did not use the swimming spots nearby, always drove to the beaches in Kampor, Lopar and Suha Punta. Nice restaurants and a good supermarket within walking distance/close by. The surrounding area is very quiet, olive groves and fig trees. Ideal for a relaxing break with the whole family!

Very nice apartment with clean yard and pool! We have nothing to complain about. When the island of Rab is back on the list of our holiday destinations, we will book the accommodation again if it is available. 10 out of 10!

We had a wonderful week in Jelena's studio apartment. The location is super quiet yet centrally located, so you can walk to the old town of Rab. Communication with Jelena was always quick and straightforward. We would always book the apartment again.

this place was wonderful. Just 50m from the beach, a grocery store right next door, lovely terrace, and walking distance to the old town of Rav. Katrine was a gracious host who gave us local tips and was very friendly. I definitely recommend this place and would come back in a heartbeat :)

An absolute delight! We much enjoyed our stay in Matjaz apartment. It is very clean upon our arrival and is as described on Airbnb. It supplies everything needed throughout the day. The private beach access is perfect, idyllic and gives you the opportunity to enjoy your vacation without any stress of searching for a spot in the shades. Although we did not use it this time - the garden is also equipped with a grill, which was quite tempting to use :) Matjaz is a super host for a reason. He and his wife are as friendly as one can be, super helpful and easy to communicate with. We would definitely come back any time and can highly recommend Matjaz and his apartment (s). ***** 5/5 Stars *****

Beautiful, modern, exclusive, spacious apartment, perfectly located on the water next to the promenade. Very well-equipped, smart tv in each bedroom, clean towels, good linens, nice tableware, available chemistry, washing machine, sun loungers all made the stay more enjoyable. Great communication and lovely Mr. Josip, who brought his private hdmi cable on Christmas day, I appreciate and thank you. Close to grocery store, peace and quiet. Recommended

Quiet and peaceful location with almost private lagoon. Place is modern, equipped with everything you will ever need for your vacation. Overall, a very pleasant experience… can’t really complain about anything.

We felt very comfortable - the apartment was clean, spacious and modern. We loved the terrace with the wonderful view of the sea and the sunset. Ideal as a base for trips to Nin, Zadar, or exploring the diverse landscape by bike or e-scooter. A beautiful sandy beach is within walking distance. The hosts were absolutely sweet and helpful. We will be happy to come back!

** This apartment is a must stay if you are in Senj ** We are so pleased to have found Ana's apartment with rooftop views of Senj. What a stunning location. The apartment was fully kitted with everything needed to feel right at home - we even managed to wash our clothes and hang to dry on the line - it took no more than 30 minutes! We enjoyed our stay in Senj and the apartment was clean. The hosts were very kind, genuine and responsive. We couldn't have asked for a better stay. One we will remember for a very long time. We absolutely loved our stay! The location is amazing – right by the sea with stunning sunset views. The beach in front of the villa is clean and beautiful, and the water is crystal clear. There are nice restaurants within walking distance, and it’s super easy to explore the whole island of Krk and even visit the nearby Risnjak National Park. Mirjana was so kind and always quick to help whenever we had a question. We’d love to come back one day. Thanks so much!

Viktorija + her husband are both lovely. The place is very cozy/inviting. The location is right on a few hiking paths + right next to the two restaurants in town. Beli is gorgeous. The town, the beach, the forests, the wildlife. On top of that - Viktorija gifted us delicious lemon liquor + gave us some history of the town/island! Stay with her!
