Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Barbat

Beautiful place and a great host. Perfect place for people who are independent, with a car and bikes or who like to walk long distances. This was exactly what we needed and expected. The host couldn’t do anything better.

Great location, walking distance to the port and beach. Very attentive towards us and responded immediately. Beautiful view from the patio and watched the sunset every night. Thank you for a great stay.

Our family of four had a great week at Maya‘s guesthouse. We loved the private backyard with nice garden, heated pool and jacuzzi. The small house has everything we needed and there is a good outdoor kitchen as well. The beach is a few minutes away and at least in fall there are good chances that you have it for yourself. There are hiking trails to the secluded northern part of the island steps away from the house as well. The communication with Maja is easy and very friendly.

Accommodation a bit expensive, but I have to say very nice and in a great location, and amply balanced by the kindness and availability of Irena. Recommended

We had an awesome stay at Fred's place. Our highlights were the outdoor kitchen and barbeque with a big dining table, the pool (+whirlpool) and the stunning olive garden. The communication with the host was very easy and we even got recommendations for nearby beaches & restaurants. We would recommend this amazing property 100%

We had a wonderful time in Nin and Marina's apartment. It was very clean and well equipped, we lacked nothing. The apartment is rather small overall, but completely ok for 2. Marina always responded quickly to our questions and even the refrigerator was filled with treats upon our arrival. The apartment is a few minutes' walk from the old town, where there are many beautiful restaurants. We definitely recommend the apartment and will certainly come back ourselves 🤗 All the best, Marina!

Laura's house is located in the middle of a dream garden, which she lovingly maintains. We spent a lot of time at the pool and at the house and drove to the nearby beach in the late afternoon. It was perfect for us and we will definitely come back. Thank you, Laura

We loved our stay at Ivana’s place. A very clean, spacious apartment with a balcony overlooking the sea and a private beach! A short drive to great restaurants and Paklenecia NP! Ivana was a great host, very kind and communicative. Highly recommend.

The accommodation in an air-conditioned apartment was excellent, everything was clean, a working washer and a dishwasher. Terrace with stunning views. Great location, just a few steps into the sea, we could use private sun loungers and umbrellas, as well as a paddleboard. Ana is a great and always helpful host. I recommend it to everyone who wants to have an amazing and peaceful vacation. Thank you dear Ana, we felt very comfortable.

We cannot say enough good things about Branka, Daniel, and their daughters Emma and Klara. They are wonderful, most welcoming people, and it was a pleasure getting to know them. The apartment itself is one of a kind, cosy and welcoming. It has everything one needs for a pleasant stay and it's spotless. Moreover, the hosts will endeavour to accommodate any need you may have. If you are looking for a place that is the very definition of a quiet stay, look no further. The accommodation is at a reasonable distance from both the lakes and Zagreb, so it's and excellent base to explore this part of the Balkans. What more to add? We could not recommend it enough!

Sara's place was amazing! We were greeted by Sara's dad who was an amazing host. He brought us pancakes on the 1st day and a quiche on the 2nd day. He had helpful tips and was extremely supportive. The place is located in a tranquil area with amazing views of the peninsula across the water and offers amazing sunsets. The main road, although frequented by motorcycles and other vehicles is quite busy during the day, however being sheltered by the building, this is not disturbing. There is little to no traffic in the evenings. The place was clean and offered the basics a kitchen should have, we missed nothing. Truly a great place and one I will certainly return to in the future.

Nadan was very responsive, and had always great advice whenever I had a request. The apartment has an excellent location with a little view to the sea. The old town and the beach are only 3 minutes away by car and 10 minutes by foot. Everything was clean and comfortable. One of the beds was even extra large, and the balcony was bigger than expected. We felt really at home, and enjoyed our stay very much. Would recommend to anyone!

This was my 2nd visit to Mali Losinj and the 1st time at Ana's. The location is perfect! only a few minutes walk to the center and a block away from a convenient store. Ana was very responsive and was available for any of my questions. The place was very clean, which is always my main concern. There is an ample kitchen if you want to cook, the living room and the bathroom were very spacious. it has a washer which is convenient in case you need to get your laundry done. I had a great stay and will recommend Ana to anyone who is visiting the island. Thank you for everything, Ana!

We had a wonderful vacation in the villa. The location was fantastic with stunning sea views. The villa had everything you could want and the pool was just indescribably beautiful. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and the amenities leave nothing to be desired. The outdoor area with the grill and the seating area invites you to spend beautiful evenings on the terrace. On foot you can walk on the promenade to Privlaka, where there are numerous restaurants. We will be happy to come back!

We felt very comfortable in the Villa Sara. The location as well as the house were as described and easily accessible. Damir gave us some tips on restaurants, beaches and activities. We will be happy to come back!

the two of us had a great week here. Upon our arrival, the place was very nicely prepared, cleaned and we felt right at home. Everything necessary is available everywhere. From necessary things such as towels, plates, cutlery, sufficient and various glasses, and cooking utensils; to great extras such as blender, coffee maker, grill tongs, wood, water carafe, bathrobes and much more. As a result, we were able to really enjoy our vacation and didn't have to take care of anything. The living rooms themselves are lovingly furnished and there is plenty of space. The garden is beautiful and decorated with lots of herbs, flowers and plants. It's just a pity that he is not directly connected to the house but you always have to go out to the street to get into the garden. But that's not a real problem. The view from the house and the garden is mega.The journey leads via a gravel road and is a little more difficult. We had a great time.

Wonderful house, lots of space, everything super cozy and harmonious. We felt very comfortable! The bedrooms were super nice and tidy, the pool area wonderful and everything you need was there. In 10 minutes at large shops for shopping and in 10-20 minutes at many great beaches! Lots of toys for children!!!!!! It was a great holiday and a great place to stay! Highly recommended :-)

Great accomodation with a wonderful view over Vrbnik and the sea. Ana was a very kind host and welcomed us in person. We had a great stay and found everything we needed in the house. The only small negative point was that the coffee machine didn't work. It's also good to know that the bed in the pool-house is only a sofa bed, but for two people it was still comfortable.

Villa Dabo is a beautiful villa with a perfect outdoor area. The pool and grill area as well as the garden are the ideal place to relax and enjoy a good time with friends and family. The villa is very private and only 10 minutes from Novalja town and 15 minutes from Zrcé beach.
