Family-friendly holiday rentals in Barbat

Quiet cottage in a good location on a very nicely landscaped property. It is only a few meters to the first "beach", and some more beautiful bays are within a 10-minute walk. Communication with Kristijan and his brother Danijel went smoothly, both always responded quickly and helpfully, and there were also tips on restaurants or shopping via WA. The property is fantastic with many herbs and olive trees. Unfortunately, at the time we were there (late May) there was a pretty caterpillar plague, especially on the oak at the beginning of the property, which inevitably limited the baby's crawling radius. The apartment itself has everything you need, although the coffee machine was unfortunately broken - but a replacement would have been organized if necessary ☺️ Only the parking situation is a bit difficult, as some have already written. In any case, we would like to come back, then maybe at another time of the year😊

Tomislav was a very friendly and helpful host. The apartment had everything you need for a great stay. The terrace with furniture, grill and whirlpool was especially wonderful. He speaks English and German fluently.

Everything perfect! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. From the communication to the location and cleanliness - this accommodation is an absolute dream! Child-friendly equipped with children's dishes/cutlery, elevated pool with gate and a private playground in the garden, everything has been thought of here and implemented with great attention to detail. You can tell that it's not just an Airbnb house, but that a lot of the owners' passion goes into the care. Even with self-inflicted complications, we were helped immediately and very kindly, which is absolutely not a matter of course. All in all, I can fully recommend this accommodation! A huge thank you to Lucija and her family ♥️

Super - everything about our stay at BeaRs log was fantastic. Beautifully appointed, incredibly clean, comfortable & in wonderful surrounds. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay! Dragana was very responsive & helpful. Would highly recommend staying at BeaRs Log. The only unfortunate thing is the bar has been set very high for the next accommodation on our holiday!

This place is stunning. the open windows, the view, the jacuzzi, even air conditioned. the kitchen had all the utilities to make a Carbonara at least and the place was spacious to exercise on my yoga mat and work on the laptops. This is definitiely a cute getaway. There is a bar below but the sound was also very nicely isolated. Host was super responsive, also gave us new towels etc. Private Parking is outside the common parking area, which is much easier to park.

We had a lovely, relaxing stay. Pool was fantastic, views of the sunset from the balcony every evening stunning. Just a few minutes from the sea. Brilliant place, wish we could have stayed longer

Villa Dabo is a beautiful villa with a perfect outdoor area. The pool and grill area as well as the garden are the ideal place to relax and enjoy a good time with friends and family. The villa is very private and only 10 minutes from Novalja town and 15 minutes from Zrcé beach.

The stay at Villa Linda was great, the accommodation is well equipped - everything you need is there and Laura even prepared a very detailed folder with tips for the island of Krk, including restaurant tips (everything we tested was actually very good!). Super organized and communication before arrival, during the stay and at departure was very easy, as Laura speaks fluent German.

We loved our stay at Ivana’s place. A very clean, spacious apartment with a balcony overlooking the sea and a private beach! A short drive to great restaurants and Paklenecia NP! Ivana was a great host, very kind and communicative. Highly recommend.

What you see on the pictures is what you get! Absolutely amazing location, we think the best possible house on that stretch of the coast. We stayed before the height of the season, so I can't speak for the rest of the summer, but for us it was very calm, quiet, and uncrowded. The apartment is small but cozy, has everything you need, the balcony is a godsend to enjoy the view and soak in the sea breeze. Vesna was a great host, very accommodating and communicative, really did her best to keep us well-informed and feeling welcome. We would confidently recommend this place!

We arrived in the morning and were able to check in right away, the location was amazing. Everything in very good condition and equipped very well - from knives to dishwasher tabs to bandaids, we didn’t miss a thing. We especially enjoyed our terrace with the olive tree in the center and the ocean not farther than 5 meters away. Morning swims, breakfast with ocean view, sunbathing, mali and veli can be reached by foot,… we really enjoyed our stay and wanted to thank mario again for the amazing service 🙌🏼

Ines' accommodation is a bit difficult to find, but the hostess makes up for it with her good accessibility and instructions. We were looking for a quiet, private accommodation where we could unwind - and that's exactly what we got. The house is very tastefully decorated and remains pleasantly cool in the summer. There was WiFi, but I actually enjoyed not having reception. It was a wonderfully relaxing holiday. I have already recommended the accommodation. 10/10!

We felt like at home from the first moment. Marina has put extra age-appropriate toys in the children's room for our little son, which he was very happy about. The two terraces are worth their weight in gold. The entire apartment is incredibly well equipped, you really lack nothing! The apartment was sparkling clean. Marina was always very easy to reach and gave very good tips, the communication was always great! So far the best experience we've had on airbnb. We will be happy to come back :)

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Very nice accommodation in a great location – great host, warm environment and ideal for families! We felt really comfortable here! The accommodation is cozy and superbly located – restaurants and a supermarket are very close and within walking distance. I would especially like to emphasize the cordiality of the host family: the host's mother lives on the ground floor and was incredibly friendly. She even gave us a bottle of wine and a small gift for our 10-month-old daughter when we left - that was really touching. We would come back anytime!

in the photos, but in the end were more than comfortable and the indoor and outdoor place is very beautiful... if you have small cat snacks you will have two wonderful little friends to pamper . The ready rooftop beaches are amazing I've never seen such beautiful squares. Thanks girls 🥰

The place was GREAT. A really successful short vacation with a dog. The accommodation is absolutely suitable for dogs. The view is simply amazing, with private sea access to dreamy clear water and a great outdoor grill. The terrace is beautiful for dinner or coffee. 2 small deficiencies: 1. Unfortunately, from the 2nd day onwards, showering was only possible with cold water 2. Access is difficult, especially with very low cars, but it is feasible with a little skill. A big plus is the availability for charging EVs.

We had a wonderful 2 weeks with our family in this house. Had super nice weather and everything you can think of was present in the house of Natalija and her family. Close to Labin, I think one of the best located places in Istria! We enjoyed the beach in Rabac, good restaurants nearby and from here very exploring Istria, Rovinj, Pula etc. Also seen the plitvice lakes and that is 5 hours up and down but worth it. Had a very nice time! Thank you!

Beautiful house, quiet location in the middle of nature, has a beautiful olive tree garden and refreshing pool. Friendly host (Robert), who also gives many helpful tips for the area. Robert speaks many languages, so communication is really good. Flexible check-in was possible. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms, everything was very clean. Recommendation.

Fantastic place with fantastic hosts. The apartment is as advertised with a wonderful view overlooking Krk Island. The welcome meal provided by Marino was brilliant and fed us for 2 days! Thank you!

Communication with Dina was very good and pleasant from start to finish. Quick response. The reception was very friendly and we immediately felt comfortable. I can only recommend Dina, her husband and the beautiful house. I would book the house again for a vacation immediately.

Excellent accommodation with a fantastic outdoor space in a peaceful village location. Milan is very friendly and kind. A car is needed to explore the area of Zadar and further afield but you could easily enjoy your time staying at the property relaxing and enjoying the outdoor facilities.

The property is run by a very nice family and is located on a ridge with fantastic views of Novigrad, the sea and the mountains behind. The pool is heated and has a very nice, shade-giving terrace with beautiful views. There was nothing missing in the accommodation. There is a nice little balcony, the kitchen is very well equipped and air conditioning as well as window/door shutters offer the possibility to ventilate or cool down the premises in warm weather. The vehicle can be ideally parked in the courtyard. A shower by the pool allows you to wash up before/after bathing. A pool house allows you to cook something on site or cool drinks. Novigrad, Zadar and Zrmanja Canyon are very easy to reach, as well as some supermarkets around the lake. It's a memorable stay! Thanks to the very friendly owners - we will be back!

We had a wonderful vacation in this vacation home! The house was very clean and well maintained, the garden beautifully landscaped and the pool was always clean – perfect for relaxing. The furniture is comfortable and invites you to feel good. In the kitchen, you will find everything you need for cooking - nothing was missing. The quiet environment was particularly pleasant - ideal for switching off. A big thank you to Helena, who was always available, friendly and helpful. You felt welcome from the beginning. We would come back anytime and can highly recommend this vacation home!
