We stayed here for one night and everything was amazing! The facility is clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming—we felt comfortable and relaxed throughout our stay. You can either watch the sunset on the pristine beach or catch the sunrise over the majestic mountains. Ms. Vina is truly a superhost, and the caretakers are very accommodating. Highly recommended!

The home is large and spacious with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Each of the 3 bedrooms was equipped with its own air-conditioner and there were 2 tower fans in the living room area. A rare amenity was the rather large refrigerator instead of the more typical mini refrigerator. The home also had a regular full-size 4 burner stove with oven which was a nice bonus. The large yard that surrounds the house is fenced with 2 locked entry gates; one small gate for people and a large gate for cars or etc. The large yard is filled with various fruit trees and many flowering plants and etc which are maintained by the homes caretaker. The ocean and beaches are close by with the popular surfing community of San Juan, La Union, a relatively short trip to the South. Also, be sure to keep food crumbs and spills wiped up to avoid feeding the ants which seem to love life in the warm tropical Philippines. The hosts and caretakers of the home were all very kind and quick to respond to any questions.

Host was great. Very proactive and friendly. It's unfortunate that we experienced power outages in the evening and in the morning but it was communicated to me by the host beforehand. The electricity seemed like fluctuating at times and I think it's the electric company's fault. There were battery powered lights at the place and some solar powered lights as well, so we still enjoyed our stay. It's quite far from supplies so stock up before going here! Highly recommended for those who like to stay far from the hustle and bustle of city life and crowded tourist spots in La Union!

This is my second time bringing a big group to Josephine’s villa and both are super memorable and fun! Our favorites are the very private beach nearby where we had a breakfast picnic 😍, super friendly locals 🥰, accommodating helper 🫡, complete kitchen 👩🏻‍🍳 and aesthetic , local and antique-like interior 🤩. It’s amazing how many people can fit in the 2-bedroom main kubo and additional 4 bedrooms in a separate area. The arrangement is also flexible for a smaller group of travelers ❤️
