We had an amazing stay at Alice’s apartment! The place was exactly as described—modern, clean, and with a fantastic workspace, which was perfect for getting some work done. The location is super convenient, just a short walk to the BTS Green Line, making it easy to reach the city center and explore Bangkok. Alice was an incredible host—very responsive and helpful. We needed the TM30 registration, and she sent it to us immediately, which we really appreciated. Overall, a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Host is super friendly and carry. I was very pleased with my stay here. Place is so cozy in authentic district. Near is three groceries like 7/11. Recommend for a month stay. One fact - that place in 1st floor, sometimes you can see some insects. It is normal, plus around home periodically treat against insects.

There are so many good things to say here after a months stay. Firstly after 18 months of travelling this is literally the cleanest air bnb I’ve been in. Super friendly and accommodating hosts including late checkout. Use of ideo coworking/library and pool was an unexpected bonus. Super friendly and helpful security guards. This is a small unit but it has everything you need in a very convenient location. I’d 100% recommend it.

What stands out the most for me is how responsive the hosts were to my questions. The apartment was very clean and orderly. The neighborhood is clean and the people in the area extremely friendly.
