Monthly Rentals in Balsdean

Had a couple of lovely days at this lovely little house. Had everything we needed to make it a perfect getaway. Alison was great at communicating and very helpful responding quickly. The little pub next door is super friendly and worth a visit. They also turn all outside music off by 10pm and all customers are inside so nothing to disturb your evening in the house. Would highly recommend staying here and exploring the area lots to do and the zip line across the beach on Brighton pier is great fun.

Just home from 2 nights at The Saltden! John and Marnie were super flexible when we needed to change dates at short notice and answered any messages quickly. The property was clean and comfortable and Marnie met us on arrival. All the extra little details were really lovely and thoughtful, including snacks, plenty of water, milk,and a little postcard and 2 welcome drinks. there was also a selection of hot drinks. The location was perfect for us as my daughter lives a short walk away. Can't report anything negative. we would definitely book again. Thank you so much!

My parents stayed for the Christmas period and were very happy with their stay. They thought it was tidy, clean, warm and comfortable. Nice thoughtful touches like the twin hot water bottles, milk in fridge, tea, coffee, crumpets etc. They would definitely stay again! Thank you Lisa

Our fourth time staying at The Cabin and as always it was a fantastic stay. Alicia was very accommodating as always and we hope to be back for a 5th time in the future. Thanks again!
