What a beautiful property! The backyard was like a sanctuary. We were walking distance to a beautiful beach and the neighborhood was quiet.

Absolutely loved my stay at Amber’s place! The beach is right down the street, and the space felt perfect in size. It’s just like a master bedroom! I’m so glad there were coat hangers, and a dresser because I always overpack and had a ton of clothes I didn’t want wrinkled. I will definitely be coming back!

Great location, easy access to beaches, downtown. Comfy king sized bed. Take advantage of the fresh eggs, they were delicious. The unit is an extension of a family home but has a private entrance and feels separate. Hot tub, garden and sauna are part of a shared space with the host

We lived this place! The yard was fantastic. We had a little fire one night and the hot tub and outdoor shower were awesome! Host was very nice and responsive. I would definitely come back!

Judy is responsive and wonderful to work with. I would definitely stay here again.

This was our second time staying at the Oaks and Avo RV. If you enjoy the outdoors, nature, and a super relaxed place to recharge, this is hard to beat. It's about a 5-minute drive to downtown Carp, but the RV itself is in a quiet, secluded neighborhood, tucked into the foothills. We were traveling with our dog and this retro RV and the lovely private yard around it was just what we needed.

AMAZING, GORGEOUS, ABSOLUTELY STUNNING!!! Everything was fantastic from the view, to the interior, and the extreme kindness of the owner.

Had a beautiful time. The inside is cute & space well used. The outside is amazing & where we spent most of our time. Our dogs loved roaming around then sunbathing. We had a great time cooking and playing with our daughter outside. Loved being elevated & seeing the ocean every morning.

We really enjoyed the pretty garden setting and relaxed and read outdoors. Will was very accommodating and responded quickly when I had a question. We ate at his restaurant that was on the premises and it was excellent, both food and service!

We loved staying at Camp Cottonwood — from the charming design to the lovely garden, to the very convenient proximity to town (specifically Bells) it was a great place to stay for the long weekend. Look forward to staying here again on a future visit to Los Alamos!

This beautiful home was perfect for my two granddaughters and I. They love how they felt at home saying “Grammy I love this house .” We felt right at home cooking and baking cookies. Thank you Diana for sharing your home with us. We will be back for sure.

Matt and Linda’s place is adorable and cozy! We loved the charm and character of the old home. Lompoc is a tiny town, but it’s ideally located in the middle of the Central Coast region. This makes it so easy to get to neat cities like Santa Barbara, San Luis Obispo, Solvang, and Pismo Beach for day trips. Matt and Linda are excellent hosts - kind, communicative, and thoughtful. I’d highly recommend this place!

We were thrilled to find a place so close yo everything we wanted to do! And the real plus was that Kat accepted our pup too! She was great!

Lots of room for extra friends/family. Great stove top/easy cleaning up. Clean pool, working laundry room. Amazing outside view! Checks off as a really great spot to stay for a few days. Outside amenities is okay could be better. But overall, the stay was pleasant.

Perfect spot, perfect condo. Very much enjoyed this beautiful home for our stay. Everything was clean and comfy, good assortment of amenities, can’t beat the ocean views for sure. The gated private parking was a huge plus as we were driving a dually one ton and finding street parking would have been a nightmare. Will be my first place to check for availability when I return to Pismo.

The property with its yard, pool and views is really beautiful. Whitney was very communicative and responsive through our stay.

This is such a special place. My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer! It’s a perfect central location - close to SLO, Paso Robles, Los Olivos, etc. We loved hearing the chickens in the morning, walking through the garden and enjoying the hot tub/pool amenities. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway, this is the place for you!!

So relaxing to stay here! Nice to be away from phone service and close enough to the hot tub. We were sharing the space with another couple in the glass house, with whom we had very minor and lovely interactions. easy to feel a sense of privacy even when sharing the land. Would love to come back and stay longer!

Perfect place to escape for the weekend. Close to everything but far enough away to be in a peaceful quiet neighborhood.

Best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. I wanted to find a place I could both swim and relax, this was perfect. I felt very welcomed and comfortable. The room was clean and I had everything I needed. It is the perfect size for me, my husband, and my 3 month old. The pool and backyard was breathtaking. Most beautiful pool I’ve ever swam in. I didn’t wanna leave! Close to wineries and great restaurants in the village.

Absolutely beautiful place to stay for 4 nights for my daughter’s graduation from UCSB. The place is extremely clean. It may be quaint, but it really was perfect for what we needed. Modern vibe, lots of storage, great furniture, and loved the staircase! Loved how close we were to the beach and the town of Carpenteria was absolutely adorable and fun with very friendly people working in all the shops and restaurants. Very safe place and neighborhood! I had booked an Airbnb over a year ago in Santa Barbara for my daughter’s graduation. I had paid in full and they cancelled on me 6 months later! So, I booked another Airbnb in SB, paid in full, and they cancelled on me a couple months ago. At that point SB was completely sold out, which is how I ended up in Carpenteria. I was bitter!! But, I truly believe things happen for a reason! Had we not been cancelled on, we never would’ve discovered this Airbnb and the town itself. I will definitely come back & stay in this wonderful place!
