Villa holiday rentals in Balıkesir

Everything was as discussed beforehand. We had a nice vacation as a family. We thoroughly enjoyed the holiday, especially because of the sincere neighbors of the residents. Only towels are not available in the stay. Future guests need to bring their own towels when they arrive, and future guests can take this into account.

We had a wonderful stay at Mr. Mustafa’s place in Cunda Island. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel incredibly welcome. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was perfect, peaceful yet close to the center of Cunda. We truly felt at home and will definitely come back next time we visit the island. Thank you, Mr. Mustafa, for your hospitality and making our trip so special!

The communication with Ms. Hicran was flawless, she was very caring and friendly, the transportation to the house was very easy, not with navigation, everything was available in the house, it was clean and safe, the place was calm and peaceful, especially in the evenings, the tea in the garden was nice, let me draw attention to two points, the first thing is that when the water is cut off in the area, the water needs are met by water engines, and when you go to the toilet at night, there is a sound problem in the house, the second is that there are tenants in the other apartments in the building, privacy is a bit of a problem, except for other families, there are all kinds of grocery stores and the area is very nice, a house I will want to rent again.

Beautiful home in a cozy and calm area near the sea. It is also easily accessible 10-15minutes from the center. We also had no problems communicating with the host. So we had a very nice vacation.

Our stay experience was great! The house was extremely clean and the weather was very nice. The host was very caring and hospitable, they thought about every detail and did their best to make us comfortable. We really felt at home. We are definitely thinking of coming back!

First of all, the smiling face and sincerity of Ms. Duygu and her family helped us a lot. As soon as you enter the house, it raises your energy. It was very nice in terms of its view and comfort by the sea. The courtyard was also a place where we spent a lot of time with pleasure as an alternative to the sea view. Although it was very hot outside, the house was very cool and spacious due to the fact that it was made of stone. It was very nice to have a beautifully decorated bathroom in each room. There are very high quality products from the electronic devices used in the kitchen to other materials. We left saying that we should come again and again.

A house in a peaceful compound, very close to the sea, clean as seen in the photos, with enough appliances to cook in the kitchen. Ms. Isil was always in contact with us and helped us a lot with our problems. The lack of air conditioning may be a problem for future guests, but we did not have a lot of problems at night because we are at sea during the day. The ceiling fan was enough for us.

It was a pristine piril house. It has a tidy and well-maintained garden. It's really a place where you can get ice with quiet nature. Mr. Bayram left the wood shed open for somine, and we never had to carry wood. Very subtle and thoughtful behavior. In other places I go, bring your own wood or I don't know how many tl… you can choose it without thinking. Somina works incredibly well. The feeling never smoke. The rainy atmosphere is another sunny weather, another beautiful one. The bedrooms have AC in the bedrooms. It has automatic shuttered windows. We were satisfied. There are many reasons to choose it again.

Staying in this home was truly a wonderful experience! The house was even more beautiful than the photos and absolutely clean; every corner was carefully prepared. Even the smallest details were thought out, which made us feel very comfortable and at home. The decoration was tasteful, the furniture was of good quality and useful. It was also very advantageous in terms of location; we could easily reach everywhere. The host was extremely caring and helpful, responded quickly to all our questions and was very polite throughout the process. We would definitely like to come back and I would recommend this beautiful house to everyone with peace of mind.

we had a very enjoyable holiday. It is in a peaceful, very calm environment. It is pleasant to watch the sea view and the sunset on the terrace. The terrace is spacious, a pleasant and privacy environment where you can have nice conversations with your family while watching the beautiful view while eating your meal. The house does not overwhelm you. The house is exactly as in the photos. A relevant host in Mr. Utku helped with everything. Their return is fast. Thank you Mr. Utku for his interest.

Mr. Mehmet and his wife took very good care of us. The house was very clean and spacious, a very peaceful area. They even helped us find a taxi. There was everything in the house, you can just take your suitcase and go. Kitchen utensils were quite sufficient. We never had any shortages while cooking. It was thought and put up to the spices. You can trust with your eyes closed:)

Perfect place for families with kids. Especially the fact that there is lighting in the garden, the sandbox for children and various toys made for children to have a pleasant time. The location of the house is very nice, almost by the sea. The house was quite clean, tidy and had sufficient amenities. I would also like to thank Ms. Hanife. She was very helpful and caring both before and after.

We really enjoyed our stay at the villa and Zeynep ia an exceptional host.She is very receptive towards our enquires and even made effort to share some great info on the delicious local delicacies.We wish we could spend more time to enjoy and utilize the facilities provided.The house is amazing and our kids loves it,the view of the lake is magnificient.But for our big group,having only 1 toilet inside the house is a bit inconvenience and the location eventhough is only 10km away from the city,but it is quite far given the nature of the outskirt road,especially for those who has limited time in Bursa..otherwise,if you are planning to have a chill time outside the bustling busy city,i would really recommend this place.

Mr. Ismail's communication was very good. The little surprises he made for the children and the local products he presented were very fun and enjoyable. The location is really nice, it's a great place if you're planning a quiet and uncrowded holiday. Especially the walks you will take towards the village offer a different panorama of Edremit bay. Especially in hot weather, a refreshing breeze relaxes you at any time of the day compared to the low and non-windy coastal area. We returned home with wonderful feelings and pleasant moments from this holiday we went as a family, and I plan to go again. A

The services offered by Ms. Sena and Ms. Aysel are extremely great and they did not get us to call our house, we felt like we had been neighbors with them for years, we left with very nice feelings, a family environment where you can go without thinking, for their close attention and interest in them, thank you again for their close attention and interest.

Ms. Aslihan, from the booking process to the check-out, we were grateful for her due to her interest, kindness and solution focus. Everything in the house is complete and immaculately clean made us feel at home. It must have been 100% satisfaction. The site where the house is located is very peaceful, calm and well maintained. Everyone who lives on the site is extremely warm and cozy, so there is a very decent environment where you can have a neighboring relationship that is longing for you. The pool is not looking for the sea because the pool is made of sea water, and the pool is quite big and there are enough neighborhoods and seasons around it.
