You can enjoy peace with the whole family in this great place. It is only a ten minute drive to the island of Cunda and only a hundred meters to the beach. Our villa, which will allow you to have a spacious and comfortable vacation with approximately 150 square meters of balcony and terrace, three kilometers to the center of Ayvalık, no parking problem, suitable for conservative families. There are two double three single beds and a sofa bed that can be converted into a bed. A crib and high chair are provided if requested. Air conditioning is available in all rooms as well.

Your home is 50 meters from the sea in Cunda.

Our villa is located in the peaceful atmosphere of Cunda, only 50 meters from the sea. Our downstairs, furnished with brand new and modern furniture, has an independent entrance and is completely private for you. You can also enjoy barbecue in the garden, walk on the beach in the morning, and easily reach Cunda's famous restaurants in the evening. We offer a comfortable stay with a large garden, Wi-Fi and a fully equipped kitchen. We are waiting for our guests for a beautiful holiday experience.

You can use the stone grill to cook delicious food. It is a 5-minute drive to Tatlisu and Dalyan towns that You can meet your needs like Shopping, dining etc.
