Nev's place was perfect for our 4 day stay in Ayvalik. It was in an excellent location, close to the centre , the bazaar and excellent cafe's and restaurants. The house is very comfortable and charming and the kitchen extremely well equipped. But the highlight of the stay were Nev and Boran. They were warm, friendly, helpful, kind and generous. They were the best hosts we have every experienced! We will definitely be back.

Mrs. Gülay's house is really wonderful, she thought of everything to make us comfortable. All the electronic appliances in the house work smoothly, which made me very happy. As seen in the pictures, the decoration of the house is quite stylish, it is a Greek house with a very pleasant accommodation ❤️ I think it's the best location in Ayvalık, with cobblestone pavements and many wonderful Greek houses, I didn't know where to look while walking around. The neighbors are also very sweet. It is also very precious for me that he accepted my little dog. I stay in Ayvalık every year, and I've stayed in this kind of house before, but this has become my favorite place by far. See you next summer. 🤗❤️

As someone who uses Airbnb all the time, I can easily recommend this great accommodation experience. The view of the house is great, and the interior of the house is very tasteful and luxuriously furnished. The garden of the house and the shared pool you can use are also very enjoyable. You can find everything you need at home, even the old ones, we had a very pleasant time on the swing on the back balcony, accompanied by long conversations, we loved the kitchen. Its location was also very close to the center, and since the neighborhood was different from the rest of Ayvalık, even though my friends were a little nervous at night, I never felt that way, it was just a little touristy, but the apartment was in a living area. The location of the house was in a peaceful place at the entrance of the village, intertwined with nature. I disagree with what was said about the dog in front of the door; he is officially a romantic security guard! He doesn't harm anyone, his only concern is to be loved. I think that was the sweetest detail of this house.

Everything was as discussed beforehand. We had a nice vacation as a family. We thoroughly enjoyed the holiday, especially because of the sincere neighbors of the residents. Only towels are not available in the stay. Future guests need to bring their own towels when they arrive, and future guests can take this into account.

Our host, Ms. Yüksel, introduced the house in detail on the day we arrived and then took care of all our questions. We used the parking lot at Bobby Coffee, a family business, the house is a 3-minute walk from here and it's a very easy route. The house was clean and as it appeared in the same photos. There is also air conditioning in the house, which will be useful for those who come in summer as the upper floor is a little hot. The only negative experience we have at home is that we have a lot of insect bites due to the natural environment. Since we took this risk (we came with off spray, etc.), our experience at home did not affect us as a major. Thank you again for the great hosting and accommodation. We also recommend Bobby Coffee for cold coffee, dessert and breakfast. The breakfast we had here on the last day was quite satisfying.

The house is stunning, clean, and spacious. The house is right on the water and the water is crystal clear and swimmable. There is also an outside shower. The property is also pet friendly! A wonderful retreat from busy Istanbul. Highly recommend.
