This stone house overlooking the sea from the valley offers you the following opportunities: You can see the ruins of the ancient city of Gargaron by hiking the mountains. You can swim in the clear and cool sea two kilometers below. Our little house is located on the Bergama Kozak plateau, in the forest, within walking distance to the village. It is 30 km from the center of Ayvalık and Bergama. There is a 800 m2 fenced garden area for a comfortable time outdoors. There is a fire burning area in the garden and a playground with various ball playgrounds. In addition, our bungalow has its own garden jacuzzi for 4 people. Hot tub charge is extra, 1250TL per day We look forward to an unforgettable holiday in touch with nature with your loved ones.

Our house is located in the village of Pınarbaşı in Kaz Mountains, 3 km away from Zeylinlik and 8 km from Akçay. Due to the location of the village, you can enjoy plenty of oxygen, a unique bay and forest views in peace. There is 1 toilet on the ground floor, a seating area (there can be a sofa bed for 3 people), an open kitchen and a balcony, and on the upper floor there is 1 toilet bathroom and 2 bedrooms. One room has a double bed and the other has 2x single beds. Our house has 2 gardens, front and back.

Our apartment is 150 meters from the sea and has a private path leading to the beach. The beach is very wide and has gorgeous sand and trees. Along the beach, there are places that you can eat, drink and chill. With its panoramic view of the bay, the balcony offers a unique experience that you can share with your family and friends. You can use the stone grill to cook delicious food. It is a 5-minute drive to Tatlisu and Dalyan towns that You can meet your needs like Shopping, dining etc.
