Holiday rentals with breakfast in Balıkesir

I can’t thank Ersin enough. The place is even more beautiful than the photos if you can believe it. Possibly my best Airbnb stay so far, out of many. Don’t even think twice, book it! (Also there are FOUR bathrooms - wild)

Gizem, who greeted us with her peaceful garden, beautiful-faced employees, clean rooms and incredible positive energy, and sent us off with the same energy :))) I would like to say this to guests who are thinking of staying for a tremendous breakfast. Don't think and go. I'm glad I chose you, thank you very much :))

The place is so perfect that it couldn't be better. Despite being centrally located at night, it is very quiet and sleeps, the mattress is perfectly stiff, for me it was a lifesaver. If you want to see and get to know the city, then this is the place for you. The hosts are hospitable, helped to book a restaurant, and if you do not know what to see - be sure to ask Fulia, she told us the places we could only dream of. Very nice and clean pension, would love to stay again.

Host was very responsive and quick to help when the WiFi wouldn’t work. Check in was easy and went smoothly once we knew we had to enter through a cafe😉.

Last year, my wife ,me and my son went and were very satisfied, I sent my mother and father this year, it is a perfect place with everything, Ms. Esin and Mr. Savaş are wonderful people, so what to say, see you again 🥰

As a family, we stayed in many domestic and outdoor locations, but we didn't meet such friendly, welcoming people. It was a very nice holiday for us, thanks to them.. We will go again next year. We became like family with them. Breakfast supplies are carefully supplied by Mr. Savaş. Ms. Esin also turns into a feast with her skilled hands. Separate treats are provided each day. I swear there is so much to describe... The coffee is amazing. Gidin and live... Perfect place if you want a simple, quality, sincere and natural holiday. I'm glad they have such people...Best regards...

We first experienced it in the winter months, it was very nice. But the real taste of Mudanya and this place is in the spring. The room was very nice, an environment that met every need. It's a very quiet, but amazing sea view... you open your window in the morning and the light fog, herons and the fragrance of the sea immediately surround you. Breakfast is very successful, the service is friendly. There are unlimited facilities to walk or eat, a hotel fifteen minutes walk from IDO. Want to go to the Mudanya side? 3 minutes yurt, take the F1 bus from the back street, Armistice square in fifteen minutes! Such a calm but central location is very rare. We are very satisfied, we will visit again. Highly recommend

We had a pleasant stay in Bagar’s place, it was clean, the breakfast was good and they took care of the few things we asked for immediately , like Iron, extra blanket… Communication was good, the young man that was taking care of the place spoke English and was very helpful, he carried our luggage up the few steps to our rooms on the ground floor. We parked our car in front of the property.

You can walk to the center from its location and go to Ayvalık center without driving. Mr. Ömer's family, his parents, took very good care of us, they made an effort to solve all our problems, I thank them very much. The room is not suitable for families with children. It is suitable for 2 adults. The large rooms upstairs are suitable for families with children. It is impossible to come to the front of the hostel by car, you can leave it either in the parking lot or at the beginning of the street on the upper street, we did so, it is within walking distance. Everything was very nice, we plan to come again.

Beautiful place unimaginably close to the beach. The city centre is a 20 minute walk, but some nice restaurants are closer by. Breakfast was included, delicious and plentiful.
