Our villa, which will allow you to have a spacious and comfortable vacation with approximately 150 square meters of balcony and terrace, three kilometers to the center of Ayvalık, no parking problem, suitable for conservative families. There are two double three single beds and a sofa bed that can be converted into a bed. A crib and high chair are provided if requested. Air conditioning is available in all rooms as well.

A special holiday in Marmara Island

Our place is in a cove with a separate beach outside the center. It is the top floor of a 3 storey house within the garden. One bedroom with a double bed and the lounge has a sofa with a single bed and a double sofa bed. Therefore, 3 people can easily stay. The small beach in the bay where the house is located is accessed by stairs to the sea. The sea, beach and sunbathing are enjoyable. It is 15 minutes to the center by walking or 5-6 min. by minibuses passing in front of the house.
