Ivor was very responsive from the time we booked the apartment till check-out. Key collection is easy with very clear instructions given. Apartment is per the photos, very well decorated, neat & cosy. Furnishings are new, crockeries, bed linens, towels all very clean. Smart TV with internet access. Host also provided complimentary coffee capsules, teabags & condiment for cooking. Beautiful view at the top floor. Transport is super convenient with Southern Cross station & free city tram stop all within 5min walk. My family has a comfy stay here for 10days. 👍👍

Stayed here for 4 nights on a business trip Great little apartment in a well kept building. Furniture is comfortable and has everything needed to feel right at home. Look forward to staying there again

Nice new place. Very clean and tidy. plenty of wardrobe space. Amaizing city views from both bedrooms and living area. Woolworths downstairs made it very convenient to get groceries. Loved the spa on level 54. And good size gym. Living and dining is a bit small. But might be the case with all the similar city apartments.

We had a wonderful stay in St Kilda the location is fantastic!!! Vas was very helpful and allowed us in the apartment earlier than we expected which was very welcoming. It was just what we needed & has a lovely balcony to enjoy the morning sun. The area is incredible and so easy to get about the tram stop for the city & surrounding areas is on your doorstep. Already booked again for next time.

It’s a great little apartment in an excellent location close to many restaurants, bars and shops. This was my 2nd time staying there. The only element I didn’t love was the flood lights shining I to the apartment when the sports field below was being used. These lights are switched off at 10:15pm Didn’t really bother me as I was mostly out and about and I will stay there again in future 👍👍👍

We had a lovely stay at Henfry’s place. Our favourite part was the view - absolutely stunning! The apartment was neat and clean. The location was great, we walked everywhere. Would highly recommend and stay again.

The location was central and convenient, with easy access to public transport, making it a great base for exploring the area. The host was exceptional – clear and consistent with communication, and all instructions were easy to follow. They were also incredibly hospitable and flexible, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

I’m glad to have stayed at Aster’s place once again—this time at a different listing. The location was incredibly convenient, situated right opposite Southern Cross Station, which made getting to and from the airport a breeze. With trams just around the corner, exploring the city was easy and accessible. It was a smooth and pleasant stay overall, and I’ll happily choose Aster’s place again the next time I’m in Melbourne.

This apartment is in a convenient and safe-feeling location. It was mostly quiet, though on weekends I could hear some nightlife, but nothing too close or loud. The host was very responsive; a few minor issues were handled efficiently and with clear communication. The lovely bath felt like a real indulgence. I’d happily stay again!

We had a great stay. Everything was as described, very clean, we had everything we needed, the hosts were incredibly responsive and we were very comfortable.

Property was very felt homely. Mostly we enjoyed playing piano. Griselda has been very flexible with check in and check out times which was very helpful.

Great place, huge rooms and living area.

We’re so grateful to have had Nicola as our host. She was incredibly warm, kind, and responsive throughout our stay. When we had a small ant issue (thanks to Melbourne’s wet weather, not the house!) she came over right away with spray - and the ants disappeared overnight. She also thoughtfully left us milk, snacks, and later brought extra blankets for comfort. Every gesture showed how much she cared. Her home was absolutely stunning - full of character, charm, and warmth. Every corner felt intentional, with beautiful decor and trinkets that reflected her love for travel and culture. There was even a play area upstairs that our kids loved! The house had everything we needed and was conveniently located near shops. We truly adored both the home and Nicola. She made our trip feel so special, and we left feeling incredibly thankful for the experience. Thank you Nicola! ❤️

It was walking distance to the best pubs and restaurants in Melbourne. The beds were very comfy. It was stylish and clean. The host was friendly and super responsive… and helped me pick up my forgotten rings after checkout in a lovely way. One room was whisper quiet. The other had some traffic noise, but nothing but normal car sounds. If you’re looking to explore Collingwood, Smith St and Brunswick st it’s pretty much the perfect spot!

One of the best AirBNB’s we have stayed at. Lovely quiet house with comfortable beds, lovely bathrooms and amazing kitchen. Really well set up and good access to public transport. Harrison was a terrific host as well. I would highly recommend this place.
