Eric’s place was everything shown in the picture but you don’t get the cozy feel until you get there. The kitchen and dining space allowed my guests and I to cook for multiple meals and actually enjoy sitting together at the table. I have a disability and having a bedroom and bathroom on the bottom level was ideal for my comfort which allowed me to be social and not worry about repeatedly climbing steps.

Tight street and a bit beat up in a few parts but clean and roomy and great hosts

It was a large unit. It fit a family of 7 with a small child without a problem. There are a lot of stairs. Parking can be little expensive. Easy to walk to restaurants and Historic sites. It felt like a very safe neighborhood. On a low traffic street so traffic noise was not too bad. Reasonably well equipped. There was a bathroom on every level.

We stayed here for a quick weekend to see a Phillies game and explore the area. It was located very close to a subway station and local eateries, so it was extremely convenient! Tuan was a proactive host who provided great instructions for helping us access the home and understand the regulations around parking, which can be particularly tricky in this location. Even though the parking was limited and the streets were narrow, we felt prepared and confident in navigating the area thanks to Tuan’s communication beforehand! Would definitely stay here again for future trips!

GREAT space, warm and inviting, in a friendly walkable neighborhood. Samantha was a 'superhost' in the truest sense of the word, incredibly responsive and very accommodating and helpful. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend!

This is a wonderful place to stay with lots of excellent options for food and drinks nearby, and the location is very walkable to center city or the stadiums so long as the weather isn't bad. Megan was very quick to respond to my messages ahead of check-in and is very friendly with a good sense of humor. So, it's an excellent place with an outstanding host - I would absolutely try to book here again next time I need a place in town.

Patrick was a great host, very responsive from day one! I was planning my engagement in Philly for the day and so I booked this place far in advance! Patrick was a huge help with allowing my family to get in the air bnb early to decorate and really try to accommodate my needs to make the engagement perfect. I cannot thank him enough! Kevin was a Fabulous host! He was able to accommodate my last minute booking and his hospitality was top notch! This big townhouse had a cozy vibe in every room. The place was Clean and spotless. It has old world charm with alot of modern updates and shows better in person. This home can accommodate 10- plus guest with 3-bedrooms, 4- baths and multiple beds throughout this 4-story listing. The beds are comfortable and rooms are nicely decorated. Internet,roku and Netflix at your fingertips. There was always parking infront or atleast on the block. Overall a very pleasant and comfortable airbnb that is walking distance to Geno's and Pat's cheese steak. Restaurants and pharmacy is also a short walk away. The park across the street is lovely with friendly locals. We will definitely be back to enjoy this gem!

We stayed at Rachel’s place for 2 nights and found it very comfortable and clean. We did not cook but we noticed that the kitchen had everything you would need if you were to cook. We would be happy to stay there again.

Harish is an amazing host. Very attentive and his response time was impeccable. When I came across a minor issue, the history rook care of the issue by EOD. I have family in Philly, and this place is where I would stay.

Perfect location for our group. One room with bunk or dual beds rather than trundle may be better but otherwise no complaints!

Location! Location! Perfect place for 2 surrounded with, restaurants, grocery store, park and even pet shop nearby! Fun activities and farmers market on weekends at nearby Rittenhouse Park. We stayed almost a month and the Joseph did his best to accommodate us. He immediately responded to all our requests/questions. I would definitely recommend his home!

Overall the place is great and we were satisfied but if you have little kids be aware that there are lots of steep stairs. We had to be on guard for our little ones.

My fam and I’s stay at Jeffrey and Carmen’s was pretty great! I appreciated the thoughtful touches and detail to each room in their home. Well stocked with the basics and everything you would need for even a long-term stay. The only thing I feel I have to comment on is something truly out their control and that’s the parking situation. Our rental company tried to strong arm us into taking a mini van and because I live in Philly and know the areas, I said absolutely not and glad I did. Parking will be tough regardless what you drive so keep that in mind. Besides this, we had a great stay and this is a beautiful home that’s worth what we paid! Would stay again!

What a fantastic place to stay at in Philly!!! The house is impeccable, cozy, and welcoming. The location is unbeatable. We found parking a few blocks away, not bad at all. But the best part of my stay was Eric, the host. Hands down, one of the best hosts I have encountered on Airbnb. We are a family of four, including a three year old. This place was awesome. I 100% recommend this house.

It was our first Airbnb experience at Michael’s place and the experience was great. The check-in process was easy and there were easy to follow instructions for our time in the house. The location is around the corner from bridge street where you can experience everything from restaurants to brewery’s and live music. The outlets and shopping centers are in close proximity to the house as well. The home itself was immaculately clean with two bathrooms private parking and those little items you need on vacation. Such a delightful (and--because of the staircases--wonderfully quirky) home! The house itself is spacious and easy to live in, with a charming openness on the main floor that lends itself to family flow and easygoing engagement. The neighborhood, in turn, is quiet, friendly, and--just a few blocks away, in Manayunk's downtown--gently engaging. There's a great spirit about the entire place, one that definitely feels fully grounded in community. And Kathleen is a wonderfully communicative and helpful host. Altogether, our family stay here was eminently delightful!

Can't recommend this place enough! The place is lovely and felt so welcoming after coming from a tiny hotel room in NYC. The place was so cute and you could tell a lot of thought went into creating a comforting space. The kitchen was fully stocked with Le Creuset cookware, snacks, and coffee/water. We found the location very walkable and you have access to a few different neighborhoods. It is a spacious home - it was just me and my husband, but it would also be a great place for a small family. Overall so pleased with this stay!

Great place, super well situated, near highway, waterfront and at walking distance from many sites. The neighborhood was very safe and beautiful. Simone was quick to reply and we had a very comfortable stay at this airbnb. You can easily hear the neighbors but they did not bother us. I would definately rent this place again. I highly recommend. Private parking is a must because parking in the streets looked like a nightmare! Great stay!

I booked this location because it seemed like an out of the ordinary option within walking distance to the Filmore. We loved the space, it provided everything you could want or need from an Airbnb and more. The more, or course, being the game room. We loved coming home from a day/night out and continuing the fun playing some pool, connect four, and other provided games. The TV in the game room was a perfect touch, it allowed us to put on some music via Spotify while we poured some drinks and played some games. Honestly, if all you wanted to do was book a stay here, go out to dinner, and hang out back at the place, you would be more than entertained. We actually skipped the bar in favor of our own little private bar via this space. 100% will be booking again the next time a concert is in town. PARKING: if you are reading this and are worried about parking like I was, don’t fret, there is ample free overflow parking under the overpass not but a 1-2 min walk away.

We were in town for a college graduation in Philadelphia. This place was a little further out but was newly renovated and had all the touches/amenities you could need to make it an easy stay. Commuting in and out of University City took a bit but the trade off was worth it. Deysi was very responsive. I would stay again.

We had an incredible Memorial Day weekend at this property while celebrating a joint bachelor/bachelorette trip, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The house was absolutely perfect for our group spacious, thoughtfully designed, and equipped with all the amenities exactly as described. What really stood out was how well the space was optimized to comfortably sleep 12 guests under one roof no one felt cramped. The master bedroom, with its private balcony, was a personal favorite. The backyard and rooftop offered cozy, charming spots to relax and hang out with friends, day or night. Parking was a breeze with plenty of free street parking nearby, and the neighborhood felt safe and quiet, adding to our peace of mind. The hosts were outstanding generous, responsive, and accommodating to every request we had, making the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. We’re already looking forward to our next stay here, and I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Philly!
